Port Charles Online News | Port Charles Explores "Superstition"

Port Charles kicks off "Superstition," its seventh book, on Monday, April 1st. The book, like its predecessors will follow the quicker paced, 13-week storyarc format - with the accompanying musical theme.

Superstition also follows in the vein of previous storylines that involved shades of the supernatural. One of the show's main characters finds some well preserved objects of the past. According to an ABC spokesperson, the objects "emanate extraordinary and unexplained powers."

Though he made the title track famous, musical great Stevie Wonder will not be doing the honors in the show's accompanying musical tie-in. Instead, pop-reggae band UB40 will perform a remake of Wonder's "Superstition."

Superstition, the first "book" to be filmed in Port Charles new shortened six-month production schedule, concludes on June 28th.
