1000-lb Sisters star Tammy recently attended the Creative Chaos podcast's latest episode, which aired on June 24, 2025. Hosted by Hunter Ezell, the episode featured various conversations about Tammy's life, surgeries, her diet, struggles she went through, her girlfriend Adrea, and more.
The host asked Tammy about what she likes to do when not filming. Talking about her daily life, 1000-lb Sisters star Tammy mentioned her girlfriend as her fiancée. The podcast host was surprised when she referred to her girlfriend Andrea as her "fiancée."
Glowing up after hearing Andrea's name, Tammy opened up about how they spend their time together, and more. The podcast also featured many exciting conversations, including Tammy's siblings, driving, and more.

After witnessing 1000-lb Sisters Tammy going through her latest successful surgery, fans have seen significant changes in her body and behavior. Tammy recently attended Ezell Film Company's Creative Chaos podcast.
While on the podcast, she talked about a lot of things with the host, Hunter Ezell. One of the highlights of the podcast was when Tammy referred to her girlfriend Andrea as her fiancée. It happened when she was asked about things and activities she does while not filming for the TLC show.
"Me and my fiancée, we just kind of chill at home," said Tammy.
Surprised to hear Andrea as Tammy's fiancée, the podcast host also noticed the necklace on Tammy's neck, which said Andrea.
"Like we go to Walmart and just walk around or ...somewhere like that. Don't like to buy. Just walk around, get some exercise, something to do. And it's free to walk around," added Tammy.
Further, the host asked Tammy to share more about her "love interest." As she flaunted her engagement ring, 1000-lb Sisters star Tammy blushed and smiled.
"It's shining up. Have mercy. That is so cute," reacted the host.
She then shared more, including how she and Andrea have been together for almost three years. Excited to learn about their engagement, he told Tammy that he knows someone who should be there to film Tammy and Andrea's wedding.
Hunter Ezell then talked about his friend, who was Tammy's biggest fan, Audrey. He mentioned how he asked Audrey to make a list of questions to ask Tammy on the podcast. After that, he asked the questions that she had prepared, which included questions about driving.
Tammy answered that even though she was still scared, she "eventually" wanted to learn how to drive. Sharing more about why she was scared of driving, Tammy recalled an incident. She mentioned a few years back that she was in a car with somebody who was "falling asleep" while driving. So she had to stay awake to help him drive.
Elsewhere in the podcast, the host asked Tammy about her favorite sibling. Tammy mentioned she didn't have a favorite. She added that she and her siblings all got along in "different ways."
