Netflix's latest K-drama, Tastefully Yours, is all the hype on the internet right now, and for all the right reasons. The show is a visual feast of colours and flavours translated through screen.

The story follows Han Beom-woo (Kang Ha-nuel), the chaebol (conglomerate) of the biggest restaurant chain in Seoul. Since he is in a constant competition to outshine his brother, Beom-woo buys out small restaurants and their recipes and then includes them in their menus.

When Beom-woo eyes a small one-table restaurant owned by Mo Yeon-joo (Go Min-si) and her signature truffle dish, he tries to buy her out too. But to his surprise, sparks fly between them and she takes him on a culinary experience.

The K-drama releases two episodes weekly and is already being praised for its colourful and mouth-watering visuals.

Here are 3 visually appetizing K-dramas to watch if you liked Tastefully Yours.

3 food-centred K-dramas while you wait for Tastefully Yours' new episodes

While Netflix's latest K-drama is an engaging watch, we understand that the wait for new episodes can be hard. Here are some K-dramas you can binge while waiting for new episodes.

1) Wok of Love

This K-drama feels like a love letter to South Korean street food, with spicy flavours and aroma. The story follows Seo Poong (Lee Jun-ho), a successful chef of a five-star restaurant who is suddenly fired from his job after a big conspiracy.

To make ends meet and get back on his feet, he approaches a former loan shark gangster, Doo Chil-sung (Jung Hyuk), who now operates a small Chinese restaurant (Hungry Wok) opposite Seo Poong's former five-star restaurant. While Chil-sung's Hungry Wok is going bankrupt, Seo Poong promises to turn it around and they also hire Dan Sae-woo (Jung Ryeo-won).

If you loved the clash between Beom-woo and Yoon-jo's cooking styles in Tastefully Yours, you will surely enjoy Wok of Love. The K-drama will also leave you craving a bowl of Jajangmyeon, so we advise keeping one handy.

2) Temperature of Love

This K-drama is a complete package of culinary goodness and passionate romance that will make your eyes swell with emotions. The story follows On Jung-seon (Yang Se-jong), a chef and owner of a Michelin-star restaurant, and Lee Hyun-soo (Seo Hyun-jin), an aspiring drama writer who falls in love with each other.

However, when Jung-seon gets an opportunity to further his cooking skills in France, he moves and the lovers part ways. They meet again after a few years when Jung-seon moves back.

In addition to a swoonworthy romance, Temperature of Love will make your stomach grumble with hunger as Jung-seon puts together mouth-watering dishes for his restaurant. His passion towards food and cooking will remind you of Yoon-jo from Tastefully Yours.

3) Baker King Kim Tak-gu/Bread, Love and Dreams

This K-drama has it all: love triangles, hidden identities, sibling rivalry, and a culinary masterclass. The story follows Kim Tak-gu (Yoon Shi-yun), who suddenly discovers that his father is the president of a big bread and pastry company.

Suddenly, he is thrust into a battle with his half-brother, who also wants to inherit their father's company. The two also end up falling for the same woman. To prove his worth, Tak-gu must prove his skills as a pâtissier.

Just like Beom-woo is in a constant battle with his brother in Tastefully Yours, you will also find similar sibling rivalry here, where both brothers will try to inherit their father's pastry company. The drama will also make you crave sweet treats.

Tastefully Yours will release its next episodes on Netflix on May 26-27, 2025. Till then, make a piping hot pot of ramen and binge-watch these K-dramas.
