No one requires an introduction for Sophie Turner, the Game of Thrones fame, who played Sansa Stark. Sophie's journey to the legendary role is indeed interesting. It was in 1996 when Turner came into this world as the daughter of Sally and Andrew Turner in their Northampton house in England. The family moved to Chesteron along with her two older brothers when she was two.

Turner started acting at a very young age, joining the Playbox Theatre Company at the age of 3. When she was 11, she attended Warwick Prep school, and her first big role came with the HBO show. Till the age of 16, she used to have a tutor on set with her. This role immediately made her internationally famous.

Game of Thrones (2011–2019)

Sophie Turner played Sansa Stark, Ned Stark's daughter, who is initially shown as a timid girl and later in over eight years, transforms into a fierce strategic political leader. She suffered betrayal and manipulation, even saw his father's execution in front of her eyes, which further shaped her mind and world's perspective.

By the end of the show, Sansa becomes the coldest leader with the sharpest mind in Westeros. When Joffrey is poisoned, she flies with Littlefinger and is trained further under Cersei and Ramsay to eventually become the Queen of the North.

Dark Phoenix (2019)

Sophie Turner plays Jean Grey in the 2019 film Dark Phoenix. She also played the younger version of the character in the original show, and hence which makes her character significant within the franchise.
