Game of Thrones is a TV show that, right from its arrival, completely transformed the world of entertainment with its level of breathtaking visuals, along with the intense characters that are present in the series.
Through the years, each season of the series brought forward a distinct development of character in the characters. However, amongst these characters, some characters were just not able to get the redeeming attributes that the viewers wanted to have, making them gain hatred from the viewers.

5 Game of Thrones characters I wish never existed
1) Euron Greyjoy

Amongst the multiple characters in the series, Euron Greyjoy’s distinct characteristics often became the source of anger, along with disappointment. His unquenchable greed for power, for which he does not think twice before killing his own blood, sets the stage for the nature he has from early on. To climb the throne to power, he even wanted to get married to Cersei, which further adds a layer of disappointment amongst the fans of the show towards his character.
It cannot be denied that there are certain characters in the series who are just unable to bring forth any redeeming attributes, and amongst them, Euron Greyjoy is definitely a significant name. Though many viewers hated this character, Pilou Asbæk’s performance to bring out the difficult nature of Euron Greyjoy definitely deserves appreciation.
2) Petyr Baelish / Littlefinger

Littlefinger’s presence in Game of Thrones comes with many warnings, especially with his disloyalty. Throughout the series, he wreaks havoc many times with the information that he provides, which ends up being the source of trouble for other characters.
This can be seen with his interaction with Eddard Stark, Sansa, and many others. For a high-stakes TV show such as this one, there is danger every step of the way. The presence of characters such as Littlefinger enhances the level of stake, raising the anxiety amongst the fans.
3) Ramsay Snow (Bolton)

Throughout this series, there are multiple characters with the ability to inflict pain on others in a distinct manner. However, the level of torture that Ramsay Bolton is capable of inflicting truly leaves a lasting impact. His ability to find enjoyment through the pain he inflicts on others makes Ramsay's character extremely cruel.
The cruelty Ramsay Bolton was capable of inflicting on his victims depicted that his nature went beyond sadism. The aspect of evil that is present in his being makes him a character people wish never existed in the series.
4) Walder Frey

Yet another dangerous character in the series whose activities have left viewers completely devastated and disappointed. The manner in which Walder Frey harbored his anger towards Robb and eventually planned to kill him and his whole family in a brutal manner is truly impactful.
Walder Frey, without any reluctance, kills Rob’s pregnant wife in a brutal manner. Throughout the series, his actions perfectly depicted the brutality he is capable of.
5) Joffrey Baratheon

Among the many characters in the series, Joffrey Baratheon brings forth a distinct level of anger from the viewers through his activities throughout the series. There is hardly any redeemable act that he does to compensate for the multitude of heinous activities he does for his own pleasure.
Jack Gleeson’s commendable performance in bringing Joffrey Baratheon’s complex character to life is truly one of a kind.
