Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 will mark the final episodes of Netflix’s hit martial arts drama. The show, which brings back legendary characters from the Karate Kid film series, follows Johnny Lawrence’s Cobra Kai dojo, where martial arts performers train and compete against each other.

As the show is headed toward its end, Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 will have to conclude the story, wrapping up all the plot points and character arcs. The previous part, which premiered on Netflix on November 15, 2024, featured an explosive storyline as competition became fierce between various dojos.

Season 6 part 2 ended with a surprising twist as Kwon accidentally killed himself during a brawl at the Sekai Taikai tournament. The creators now have some prominent plot points to address in Cobra Kai season 6, part 3, to give the perfect ending to the show.

Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 needs to resolve these 5 storylines

1) The effect of Kwon’s death

Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 will focus on what happens after Kwon’s death and how it affects the show’s characters and the martial arts community in general. Kwon died during a riot at the Sekai Taikai semifinals, which was broadcast live around the world.

This will lead to people questioning if karate is still safe. Some may want to close local dojos, and even gyms around the world could face shutdowns. The future of the Sekai Taikai tournament will also become uncertain considering the safety issues.

2) The John Kreese vs. Terry Silver arc

The show will also need to resolve the rivalry between John Kreese and Terry Silver, the former friends who turned enemies. After years of loyalty, Silver betrayed Kreese and framed him for the attack on Stingray.

While Kreese wanted to take revenge on Silver, the two got into a physical fight at the end of Cobra Kai season 6, part 2. Johnny then had to intervene and save Kreese, who almost got killed by Terry. The upcoming episodes will showcase if they continue with their hatred for each other or get a chance at redemption.

3) The romantic relationships between characters

Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 needs to fix the romantic tensions between various characters. Robby will have to regain Tory’s trust after cheating on her with Zara. On the other hand, Chozen and Da-Eun’s secret fling could become public, forcing them to decide if they want to pursue a real romance.

Sam, who is in love with Miguel, will need to address Axel’s feelings for her while preventing another rivalry between the boys. Sam and Miguel are already preparing for university, and hence, will have to make a call about their future together.

4) The Iron Dragon’s Sensei Wolf’s storyline

The final part will also need to address Sensei Wolf’s abusive behavior. As the leader of the Iron Dragons, he is known for being harsh and abusive to his students and only being concerned about winning.

Even though his team dominates the Sekai Taikai tournament, his bad teaching methods result in trouble for his students. Sensei Wolf would have to face justice for his actions in the next episodes.

Johnny and Daniel need to show everyone the truth about how he treats his students and get the authorities to step in. Taking Wolf down will protect his students and show that karate is about respect and growth, not fear or abuse.

5) The mystery around Miyagi

Daniel has already found out that Miyagi killed someone during the Sekai Taikai in the past, but there will be more to discover about his life in Japan, his time in World War II, and his years in America in Cobra Kai season 6 part 3.

As it is hinted that Miyagi might have been a criminal who fled to China, Daniel will have to figure out everything about his past. The revelation will also change Daniel’s perception of Miyagi.

Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 will premiere on Netflix on February 13, 2025.
