The third season of Ginny & Georgia has been quite a whirlwind of a journey. The season's overarching storyline saw Georgia being put on trial for the murder of Tom Fuller. The aftermath of her arrest and trial wreaked havoc on the lives of Ginny and Austin.
However, things did seem to look up for Georgia after she was found to be not guilty of murdering Fuller. Inspite of this, there are several unanswered questions left by the third season finale of Ginny & Georgia that could be taken up by the show in its upcoming fourth season. Till then, here we take a look at five such questions.
What are the 5 questions to be answered by Ginny & Georgia Season 4?
1) What will happen to Austin?
Austin had a rough time on the third season of Ginny & Georgia. Not only was he made to testify in Ginny's trial and made to lie about her innocence, but also testify against his own father. All of this is sure to weigh down heavily on Austin's psyche and this should be explained further by the fourth season of the show.
2) What would come out of Ginny blackmailing Cynthia?
Ginny tried her best to frame Gil and put the blame on him, and as a result had Cynthia Fuller agree to the possibility that Gil could have murdered her husband. In order to do this, Ginny blackmailed Cynthia with the knowledge of her illicit affair with Joe at Blue Farm. Given an individual such as Cynthia who wouldn't back down easily, it remains to be seen whether she exacts revenge from Ginny.
3) What about Georgia's father?
The third season of Ginny & Georgia had Shane Reilly making repeated attempts to get in touch with Georgia. However, she kept turning him down until finally picking up the phone to speak with him. Reilly referred to the fact that if he could track down Georgia, so could mother and stepfather, indicating the possibility of some dark incident from Georgia's past in which he too might have played a role.
4) What about Georgia and Joe?
The third season also saw a budding romance between Joe and Georgia. Yet, it didn't materialize into anything fruitful as the latter was already in a relationship with Paul at that point. The fourth season should give them more space as it was a relationship that came across as genuinely fulfilling for both of them.
5) What will happen to Marcus?
Lastly, Marcus underwent a personal hell on the third season with his ongoing struggles with depression and his deep dive into alcoholism. The finale episode saw Marcus being driven to rehab by Ellen against his wish. The fourth season of Ginny & Georgia must depict Marcus' experience in rehab and whether he is able to turn things around or not.
