What happened in 9-1-1 Season 8 Episode 4?
The moment all the fans were waiting for finally arrived in episode 4 with Bobby back in action at Station 118. Gerrard was out of the picture.
When Bobby explains to Gerrard how Councilwoman Ortiz only assigned him at 118 due to her ongoing vendetta against Hen, Gerrard agrees to expose her. He conveniently records their incriminating conversation on the body cam she made the station wear.
After the recording hit the screen, not only would 118 not shut down due to "budgetary reasons," but Hen and Karen also got their license reinstated.
This episode also saw Eddie's anxiety rise when he got very involved in a father-son argument. He stood up for the son, who was being belittled by his father because of his cheerleading job.
It seems like everyone is in their place at the end of episode 4 of 9-1-1, which is very rare. It will be interesting to see what problems Halloween night will bring for station 118.
