90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Season 9 Episode 1, released on TLC on July 6, 2025, and gave an update on Gino and Jasmine's open marriage. She has been striving hard to convince him that their marriage is better off if opened because they do not have physical chemistry anymore.
All this happened on The Last Resort, and since then, fans have been curious to know more about what is happening in the couple's lives, given the fact that Jasmine had been pregnant with Matt's baby all along during the Tell All.
As the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After episode starts, Jasmine introduces herself and reveals that Gino has "kicked" her out of the house, and she is currently homeless.
Giving an update, she gave a recap of their entire journey and said that Gino was not able to handle how she had a physical connection outside of the marriage.
However, the two are still married, but are separated right now. However, till they figure things out, Jasmine says, she is getting her physical needs met by her friend Matt, with whom she also shares a child.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After then rolls around a segment of Kara and Guillermo, where we see them struggling. She reveals how she is the sole breadwinner of the family, and as for him, he hasn't found his footing just yet.
Guillermo recently left a job that had health insurance for the entire family, and now the entire burden is on her. He wants to become a pilot, but that would mean full-time classes and money that the couple does not have right now.
They soon got into an argument because Kara feels like her husband starts various things but leaves them in the middle, and she is the one left to pick up the pieces. She is currently working as a real estate agent, and the two have a kid together, and they sleep in separate beds in different rooms.
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After - Jasmine and Matt, and Gino
Jamsine then reveals that it has been 4 months since he and Gino have been separated. Due to that, she is currently living with Matt, and it is like living with a roommate with whom one is occasionally physical.
The reason that Gino had kicked her out was that he felt like she was not following the rules that they had set for their open marriage. But Jasmine feels like Gino will come around, and they will hopefully live together again.
As for Gino, he is on a date with a girl named Natalie on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. They are going to Vegas and having a good time. Gino is on board with the whole open marriage concept now and says that even though it was Jasmine's idea, he might like the concept of it.
The two visit a place called the Ice Bar and have fun together. Natalie, in her confessional, stated that she is dating Gino because he is "nerdy" and a "safe option" as compared to her exes.
