Seeing Ayesha Nurdjaja joining the team, titans Brooke and Michael shared their thoughts. In their joint confessional, Brooke shared that Ayesha was "technically" a newbie.
"Michael and I probably combined have competed 4,750 times. Ayesha is stepping into this competition as a technical newbie, but, uh, she's actually a force to be reckoned with," said Brooke Williamson.

The debut episode of Bobby's Triple Threat Season 4 saw Bobby Flay welcoming everyone. Soon, he revealed the newest titan joining the team, Brooke and Michael.
He revealed that the newest titan was not in for the "money" or for the "fame." With two spots in New York City, the titan also had a James Beard nomination. Along with that, there have been multiple mentions of this chef in the New York Times.
"I've chosen this chef for her Brooklyn grit and unparalleled control of vibrant flavors. She's known for her Eastern Mediterranean cuisine that you cannot stop craving. Please give it up for the incredible chef, Ayesha Nurdjaja," added Bobby.
Seeing Ayesha joining the team, Michael and Brooke welcomed the renowned chef.
Bobby confessed that the reason behind choosing Ayesha was that she cooked with "impact."
"And that's something I try to do all the time," said Bobby.
He added that despite Ayesha having "a lot of" experience in competition, he took a risk seeing her potential and her abilities. After Ayesha's arrival, he asked her how she felt.
Bobby's Triple Threat star Ayesha responded that she felt energized and nervous. Seeing her nervous, Bobby told her that she had two members by her side who had been there for three seasons. He referred to Brooke and Michael as veterans, which Ayesha also agreed to.
Bobby's Triple Threat's Brooke confessed to having competed about 4,750 times combined with Michael. She added that Ayesha might be new to the competition, but she was a force to be reckoned with.
They had a chat with Ayesha, where Brooke mentioned the newly joined chef's ability to cook her way "out of any situation." Ayesha responded that sitting there beside them was a dream coming true.
"I've judged here. I've also watched every episode. But, to sit here just feels really good. Bring on the pomegranates," shared Ayesha.
In her confession, she mentioned that she felt "jittery" but good jitters. Further in the episode, viewers witnessed Nini Nguyen competing against the titans while Daniel Boulud judged the challenges.
