"A friend of mine who's also a woman": 90 Day: Hunt for Love star Chantel Everett officially comes out

90 Day: Hunt for Love Episode 13 will be released on August 18, 2025. Before the upcoming episode releases, People Magazine shared an exclusive clip featuring Chantel Everett on August 15, 2025.

One of the cast members from the TLC show, Chantel Everett, opens up about exploring her sexuality. She revealed that before she arrived to participate in 90 Day: Hunt for Love, a friend reached out. She confessed her feelings to Chantel, which she (her friend) had for her.

Chantel further admitted that later on the show, she realized she had feelings for that friend. Referring to that, she confessed on the show:

"So before coming here, a friend of mine who's also a woman reached out to me and actually told me that they had feelings for me. And since being here and dating everybody and experiencing everyone, I realized that I really care for her. So I've decided that I want to explore that relationship a little further."

90 Day: Hunt for Love Episode 13: Chantel Everett opens up about feelings for a friend of hers

Upcoming 90 Day: Hunt for Love Episode 13 titled, The Girl Who Made Her Choice, will be quite an interesting one for one of the cast members. Chantel Everett, as shared by People magazine, will confess to having feelings for her female friend.

The exclusive sneak-peek for the upcoming episode features her opening up to her fellow cast member. Before finding the right words to describe her feelings, Chantel told everyone:

"Oh my God, I feel like I've lost all my words now. I feel like being able to experience all of the guys here really made it clear to me that I have something else that is for me back in Atlanta."

She added that she had someone back at home, in Atlanta. She was referring to a female friend of hers. 90 Day: Hunt for Love star Chantel mentioned that before coming to the show, one of her friends expressed their feelings to Chantel. Further, she mentioned that the friend was a she.

Sharing more about that friend of hers, Chantel admitted that, being on the show and going through various experiences, she had realized something. It was that she also cared for that friend. Hence, she decided to explore that relationship.

Listening to Chantel, many of her fellow cast members cheered for her decision. One of the cast members reacted that, by everyone's kisses, he was not surprised. Another cast member told Chantel that she was proud of her.

Fellow cast member Tim told Chantel:

"It's not hard. I'm proud of you."

The clip ended with Chantel confessing to the cameras that she was proud of herself for the growth she had seen in herself.
