A new comedy series titled A Hundred Percent has been greenlit by Netflix, which will bring back Big Mouth's co-creator Nick Kroll, not only as a co-creator but also as a star. The show is written by Kroll and Gabe Liedman, who is also credited for Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Very little is known about the show as of now, but it is going to have half-hour episodes and will follow a friend group that thinks their lives are perfect, only to discover that they are not. Here's everything we know about the show so far.

Everything to know about A Hundred Percent

A Hundred Percent is still in its early stages of development, and thus, there isn't much information available about it yet. We do have some information about the cast and crew, but there is no news of a release date yet, since the show has just been greenlit. The premise of the show, according to Netflix, is,

A group of friends working inside the Thought Leader industrial complex preach perfect living through books, podcasts, and morning routines. Only to find that their own lives are far from perfect.

The show will thus explore friendship, hardships, and workplace issues through the lens of comedy, a genre that has proven to be extremely successful on television. A Hundred Percent will star Nick Kroll, Sam Richardson, Jason Mantzoukas, and Vanessa Bayer.

Sam Richardson is also known for his roles in Detroiters, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, Ted Lasso, and The Afterparty. Other than A Hundred Percent, Richardson has other future projects coming out soon, like Hoppers, Matchbox, and The Angry Birds Movie 3, all set to be released in 2026. Jason Mantzoukas is also known for his roles in The Dictator, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place, Invincible, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians, among others.

Vanessa Bayer, on the other hand, is well-known for her performance in Saturday Night Live and roles in I Love That for You, Freakier Friday, Will & Grace, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and others. Bayer is also part of the voice cast of Hoppers, set to release in 2026. The executive producers behind A Hundred Percent are Liedman, Kroll, Max Joseph, and Alex Plapinger. As Deadline reports, speaking about the show, Nick Kroll said,

“I am thrilled to make this show with Gabe and this insane cast,”

He continued,

“I can’t wait to explore this high-functioning group of friends who endeavor to live their weird lives!”

Liedman is extremely excited to make A Hundred Percent, which was evident in what he said about how he feels about Netflix greenlighting the show. He said,

"Picture me doing the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders’ “Thunderstruck” flawlessly right now because that’s how I feel,”

He continued,

“This team, Netflix and this cast?! I feel especially lucky to be working with Nick again, and I promise to do my best to bring you all something nuts to watch very soon.”

While a release date for A Hundred Percent hasn't been set yet, the show is expected to be released at the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.
