"A panic attack": 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star Julia feels anxious while going for her fertility tests

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After Season 9 aired its latest episode on August 3, 2025. One of the couples featured on the TLC show is Julia and Brandon. Episode 5 saw the couple moving forward with getting a second opinion for fertility issues.

Brandon and Julia were on their way to the clinic, while Julia felt anxious and scared. However, Brandon said he felt good.

Despite Brandon trying to comfort her, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star felt scared. While Brandon was driving, Julia, sitting next to him, confessed that she felt as if she would get a panic attack.

"I feel like I'm gonna be have a panic attack in a second. Because I feel like I, I need to breathe, you know, though, I feel like I don't have air," she said.

While going to see the nurse practitioner Lanessa, Julia was nervous. She confessed to feeling like having a heart attack. She asked Brandon if he felt the same. But he wasn't feeling such.

"I feel like I gonna have a heart attack. I don't know. I don't know why you don't feel that, that, what I feel," she said.

Listening to her, Brandon said he was excited. He talked about how the two "finally" agreed and were moving forward with the fertility tests.

"And I have a good feeling about this," he added.

Still concerned about the upcoming tests, Julia asked Brandon more questions. She asked what if they find something, or what the tests would say.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star said that they would cross that bridge when they would reach there. Julia admitted that she felt like having a panic attack and that she needed to breathe. Comforting her, Brandon told her to take a deep breath and reassured her that it would be all right.

In their joint confession, Brandon shared:

"I was so happy last week when Julia finally agreed to book an appointment for the second opinion on her fertility issues. So I am excited to be here."

Listening to him talk about being excited with a neutral face, Julia stared at him and then smiled. While the producer was about to ask, Julia told the cameras that Brandon didn't know how to "show happiness."

"You're like Arnold Schwazenegger, you know? He's always have same face every movie," said Julia.

She mimicked the actor and said how he had the same face for happy, sad, and scared expressions. When Brandon disagreed, she said she loved him as a bodybuilder, but he was a horrible actor.

Soon,90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After stars reached the clinic. He told Julia that he was proud of her for moving ahead with the tests. Despite the situation not being easy for her, she was still doing it. Replying to him, Julia said it meant a lot to her and that she was still scared about the results.

"When doctor in Russia told me I can not have kids, this is like knife in my chest and I don't want to go through this again," she confessed.

Further, they were called in for their appointment, which Brandon said he was feeling good about. Julia asked him whether he was nervous, but he said they might receive some good news.
