French Papa, Chef and owner of Bistrot De Yountville, saw the name tag, "French Papa," and sat down at that place. He opened up about wanting a challenge.He shared how he started his bistro and specialized in French cuisine:"When I started, I sometimes felt like an impostor. I specialized in French cuisine despite never having lived or studied in France. And I wasn't very accomplished either. I was just cooking in a small bistro with no accolades or titles." He talked about his restaurant being entirely booked for every dinner night since he opened the restaurant."The Barbeque Lab is my restaurant, which I own and operate out of Namyeong-dong. I'm pretty sure that we've been fully booked for dinner every night since we first opened. So we're actually pretty popular," he shared.He noted that they also impressed Pharrell Williams when he visited his restaurant.
