All's Fair Episode 3 recap: A bitter divorce settlement and Allura’s surprising counterattack

In previous episodes of All's Fair, it was revealed that Allura and her all-star athlete husband, Chase, were headed toward a divorce. More shocking revelations of the matter came to light when they learned that Milan was pregnant with his child and had hired Carrington as his lawyer, making the matter messier.

In Episode 3, the team is hired by a woman named Lee-Ann, whose husband had her have plastic surgery, but the procedures were not done properly. While they fight for Lee-Ann, they also learn more about Chase's infidelity, and Carrington also threatens to take away Allura's frozen embryos in a settlement meeting, prompting Allura to make a drastic decision.

All's Fair Episode 3 recap: The team helps Lee-Ann

In Episode 3 of All's Fair, the team meets with their next client, Lee-Ann. Her rockstar husband, Tommy, demeans her for her appearance and age and later forces her to undergo plastic surgery. However, the procedures did not deliver the desired result, leaving Lee-Ann devastated.

The team tells her that it was all her husband's fault, as he hired Dr. Costa, who is known as "The Butcher of Beverly Hills," to perform the surgery. During the divorce settlement case, Tommy and his lawyer Damien offer $30 million. But Liberty asks for $100 million, shocking the duo. She threatens Tommy about his fraudulent activities regarding the finances, and also that Dr. Costa was on Lee-Ann's side.

He informed them that Tommy made him do more procedures than Lee-Ann wanted to go through initially. Lee-Ann also causes mayhem when she crashes Tommy's date with another woman and tries to tell her of how Tommy was, and even throws acid on his face.

While they seamlessly deal with Lee-Ann's divorce settlement case in Episode 3 of All's Fair, Dina meets with Carrington for Allura and Chase's settlement case. Carrington demands $1 million a month and half of Allura's law firm, shocking Dina.

Dina also counters with the secret about Chase that could ruin his career. She tells Carrington about his being with a transgender woman who was formerly an escort and now works for his team. However, Carrington doesn't back down and threatens Dina that if they don't take the deal, she will take Allura's frozen embryos.

While fighting the settlement case, Allura also tries to help Milan out by first inviting her to join her in the STD clinic to get checked, since Chase had several physical relationships while also being with them. She also learns about Carrington threatening to take her embryos in the settlement case.

Furthermore, she meets Milan to give her some furniture and things that she might need for the baby, and also admits she might never have the opportunity to become a mother. At the end, Allura decides to go through the IVF treatments.

She successfully goes through the embryo implanting procedure and beats Carrington and Chase in their own game.
