Netflix's latest three-part true crime docuseries, Amy Bradley Is Missing, features the cold case of a 23-year-old woman who disappeared from the docks of Rhapsody of the Seas in 1998.
In March 1998, Amy's father, Ron, won an all-expenses-paid family cruise trip from his employer, and the family was en route to Curaçao when their daughter went missing from the cruise' balcony.
Despite the captain, crew, and the family's efforts to locate Amy Bradley, the woman remains missing to date, with no active leads about her case with the police. While there were many theories and conspiracies regarding Amy's case, some believing that she was sold into a human trafficking industry, nothing solid has led to the case's closure.
Rhapsody of the Seas, the cruise ship where the incident occurred, is operated by Royal Caribbean International and is still sailing. In May 2025, the ship left for her year-long trip from Puerto Rico.

Amy Bradley Is Missing: Details about the 1998 incident on Rhapsody of the Seas

While Rhapsody of the Seas now promises one of the most memorable journeys of your life, the 1998 tragic incident on the dock changed the fate of a family forever.
Netflix's Amy Bradley Is Missing features the details of the March 23, 1998, incident, when 23-year-old Amy Bradley was aboard the Rhapsody of the Seas with her family and younger brother Brad. While Bradley's parents went to sleep after midnight, she decided to hit the ship's club with her brother.
According to the ship's door records, Brad and Amy returned to their respective cabins at about 3:30 a.m., shortly after she disappeared without a trace.
As told in Amy Bradley Is Missing, Amy's father saw her smoking on the dock in the early hours as the ship headed to Curaçao, Antilles. However, soon, his daughter went missing, as Ron Bradley later told Unsolved Mysteries:
“About 6 a.m., something awoke me again. I got up, looked out on the balcony and the balcony door was open about 14 to 16 inches and Amy wasn’t on the deck.''
While the ship's captain and crew searched the dock and the nearby islands, Amy Bradley was nowhere to be found, and she remains missing to date.
The latest docuseries, Amy Bradley Is Missing, aims to reinvestigate Amy's disappearance. The FBI is currently offering $25,000 for leads on her case, with the Bradleys offering up to $50,000 for information on her location.
