What happened in Andor Season 2 Episodes 7, 8 & 9?
Things take a turn for the worse in Andor Season 2 Episodes 7,8 & 9. While Cassian and Bix are living at a Rebel base, Wilmon Paak arrive and reveal their mission to assassinate Dedra Meero on Ghorman.
While Cassian is happy to step back from the rebellion, Bix motivates him and he reluctantly agrees to accompany Paak to Ghorman. Things start to heat up on the planet as the Empire strikes and the people unify to stand up against their tyranny.
Dedra and Syril plan to evacuate but the latter is suspicious about the Empire's actions. The Imperial deliberately sent inexperienced soldiers to handle the crowd, which caused a riot. Learning the truth behind Dedra's actions, Syril tries to strangle her but Carro ultimately shoots him.
The riot quickly turns into a full-blown Ghorman massacre as the Imperial soldiers gun down innocent people. While Cassian is saved by a KX-series security droid and plans to leave, Paak stays back on the planet for his girlfriend.
Cassian finally leaves Ghorman with a heavy heart, hearing the helpless cries of thousands of innocent people on the radio.
