Breakdown and main events in Andor Season 2 Episode 4
The new batch of episodes of Andor Season 2 opens with Bix having PTSD from the harrowing things she was put through in Season 1. We also learn that Cassian had to kill a young Imperial soldier on a recent mission. While the boy was very young, Cassian had to kill him to protect the woman he loves.
While Bix is still plagued by Gorst's torture and what Cassian did to protect her, deep down, she craves a domestic life with him. The couple is currently living in a safe house provided by Luthen, and while Bix wants to go out, Cassian is too paranoid that they are being monitored.
Amidst this, Luthen wants Cassian to undertake a special assignment to Planet Ghorman and assess the situation.
While Cassian wants Bix to accompany him, Luthen denies, and he has to leave Bix for the sake of the rebellion. On Planet Ghorman, rebels are forming their own army to counter Syril Karn, who oversees the field office at Dedra's command.
While the rebel army tries to persuade Syril to switch sides, he doesn't budge. It is also revealed that the Empire is trying to make a secret weapons facility on Ghorman.
Breakdown and main events in Andor Season 2 Episode 5
Andor Season 2 Episode 5 opens with Kleya telling Luthen that Davo Sculdum has found a fake artifact in his gallery, and he will now have all the pieces checked for duplicates.
This means that the bug they planted in his art pieces at Mon Mothma's daughter's wedding is at risk of being discovered and could be traced back to them. She advises that they remove the device from the party that night.
Elsewhere on Ghorman, while Syril is working for the Empire and feeding them intel about the Ghormans, he also feels for the plight of the people, but can do nothing about it.
Beginning his undercover mission, Cassian assumes the identity of Varian Skye, a fashion designer who has resided on Coruscant since the age of twelve. He checks into a hotel in Ghorman's capital city and attempts to extort information from the bellhop Thela.
Later, at a cafe, he meets Enza Rylanz, who tells him about Ghors' heist plan to target the Empire's cargo that is likely transporting weapons. They plan to steal and then dump the cargo, and Rylanz asks for Cassian's help. While Cassian feels sympathy for the Ghors, he cannot help them because he knows they would never be able to pull off a heist and denies any involvement.
Breakdown and main events in Andor Season 2 Episode 6
In Andor Season 2 Episode 6, Cassian returns after his failed assignment on Ghorman and reveals that the Ghors are not ready yet to fight against the Empire. But Luthen is still willing to recruit the army for their cause because the planet has wealth and manpower.
When Cassian reaches Bix, who is in an even worse condition, they plan to exact revenge from Gorst and end Bix's suffering once and for all. While Gorst reaches his office, he sees Bix standing and waiting for him. She restrains and literally uses the same torture technique he used on her. The couple then goes all out and blows up the place with Gorst inside it.
Elsewhere on Ghorman, Rylanz's heist plan is joined by Vel and Cinta, who reach the planet to fight back against the Empire. But the operation goes awry at the last minute, and Cinta dies as a blaster goes off.
The episode also revealed that Marki and Lonni successfully retrieved the bug from Sculdum's art at Director Orson's party.
