The first season of Landman ended with many questions, especially involving Tommy. Landman, which was released on November 17, 2024, starts with the story of Tommy Norris’s journey in the cutthroat world of the oil industry. The series is actually based on a podcast named Boomtown and takes us on a ride into the cutthroat competitions of the oil business from the get-go.

Tommy Norris’s character is played by the very talented Billy Bob Thornton. He has worked on a multitude of movies and TV shows. His performance as Tommy truly resonates deeply with authenticity and leaves a lasting impact. Some of his other notable works that definitely need to be on your watchlist are Sling Blade, A Simple Plan, Fargo, and many more.

Besides Billy Bob Thornton, there are also a huge number of talented actors in the series, including Demi Moore as Cami Miller, Ali Larter as Angela Norris, Jacob Lofland as Cooper Norris, and many more. If Nate Landman truly joins the series, then it would be a perfect combination with his already successful football career.

Bringing an NFL player into the series would indeed be a clever play by the creators. It would undoubtedly add to the storyline. Nate Landman, being a fan of the series himself, would also be a plus point as he would be able to embody the role he is given.

Though for now, there is no official news about whether the series would bring this very talented NFL player into their world of oil business and competition, the Los Angeles Rams star’s words definitely make us eager.

The trailer of the second season has already dropped and is quite promising. The release date is also announced. If you have plans for November 16, cancel them as the next season will be available for streaming on that day.

The second season will also consist of 10 episodes, just like the first season. The trailer depicts that Demi Moore’s Cami Miller would be a vital presence in the second season. Though Cami will be faced with a multitude of challenges, she seems to be ready.
