Harry Wild is an Irish comedy-drama series that was first released on 4th April 2022. It has run for four seasons till now and released its fourth season on 5th May 2025. There has been a question about whether we'll be getting a season five.
The show is wrapping up its fourth season on 2nd June 2025, with its sixth and final episode, The Final Chapter. As TVLine reports, ahead of season four's finale, lead cast member and executive producer Jane Seymour confirmed at the 2025 ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas, that Harry Wild is returning for season five.

Harry Wild revolves around a retired professor, Harriet Wild, who somehow stumbles upon a new career as a private investigator. Through the four seasons
The show has the official logline that reads,
"Literature professor Harriet "Harry" Wild (Jane Seymour) is adjusting to retirement when she's mugged. While recovering at the home of her son (Kevin Ryan), a detective in the Dublin police, Harry gleans a clue for his current case. But when she's rebuffed, Harry decides to solve the crime herself. Recruiting an unlikely young sidekick (Rohan Nedd), she finds a new path as a private investigator."
Season four of the show dealt with a mysterious serial killer who left a coin in their victims' mouths, the suicide of a familiar person, the death of Harry's look-alike, and a potential attack by Diyu. We don't know yet what mysteries the fifth season will deal with exactly, but according to TVLine, season five will bring Harry
“back with her most sensational and thrilling ride yet, including murder mysteries in the world of whiskey-making, theatre and musical-tattoos, not to mention a gang of middle-aged lady burglars and a murder close to home.”
TVLine also reported Jane Seymour's personal feelings about the season renewal. According to the television news site, Jane Seymour said,
“I am honored to have the opportunity to continue to bring Harry Wild to life for another season and am excited for her to solve a new batch of layered mysteries deeply rooted in literature with my castmates,”
“It has been so rewarding to work with everyone on this production and I’m thrilled to embark on another season with my Acorn TV family.”
Created by David Logan, the show stars Jane Seymour as Harriet, more popularly known as Harry Wild, a retired literature professor, and Kevin Ryan as Charlie Wild, Harry's son. Rohan Nedd plays Fergus, Charlie's daughter's boyfriend, and the teenager who solves cases with Harry. Rose O'Neill stars as Lola Wild, daughter of Charlie and girlfriend to Fergus. Charlie's wife, Orla Wild, is played by Amy Huberman as Orla Wild from seasons one to three and by Aoife Mulholland in season four. Paul Tylak stars as Glenn Talbot, Harry's friend.
