Below Deck Down Under Season 3 Episode 15 dropped on Bravo on May 5, 2025. The episode titled 'The Circus' showed chaos among the inner circle at the yacht. As the title of the episode suggests, the crew members had to throw a circus-themed evening for the charter, which earned them huge tips.
It was seen that the weather outside on the exterior area of the yacht was not suitable for dinner; thus, the crew decided to move their business inside. Tzarina had prepared a meal for the guests, however, she was worried they might not like it. On a side note, they loved her.
Later on the Below Deck Down Under episode, Tzarina and Lara get into hot water with each other. It was because the former was trying to send some radio messages to the chief stew, but the latter ended up missing them.
Now that Bri informs Tzarina that there is only a limited time to serve the next course, she declares that they will have to wait because they did not hear what she was trying to tell them before.
The crew is exhausted. Bri is tired of being pulled in every direction possible and gets emotional over it, and starts crying. As for Alesia, she is also struggling with how she has to clean up everything around the place. This comes at a cost of her break, thus leaving her no time to rest.

The scene on Below Deck Down Under begins with Alesia cleaning the crew mess yet again while Tzarina has already left for her bed. Lara, the chief stew, comes in to check up on things. She understands how Alesia is working hard, but seems to be displeased with how she was complaining about it.
On the other hand, Bri is overwhelmed. As soon as she enters the bed bunks where Tzarina is already comfortable, she sits down on the floor in front of her and starts crying.
Claiming that she is pulled in every direction and has to handle so much, Bri feels exhausted. Later on Below Deck Down Under, when Lara and Bri talk, the latter explains her feelings and says she is trying to move past them.

The next day on Below Deck Down Under, Lara and Tzarina are calm, on time, and preparing the last breakfast for the charter before they leave. The chief stew soon enters and asks if Alesia was able to clean the crew mess that morning, however, Tzarina is not happy with the way things are being managed.
She interjects and claims that Alesia is already being pulled too thin, and if she also handles the cleaning work, she will have no breaks in the day. This turns into a passive-aggressive conversation, which Tzarina says Captain Jason will be hearing about later.
But when Tzarina made a dish in hot bowls, Lara refused to serve it to the guests, claiming that they might burn themselves because it was too hot. However, the former says that for the last 14 years that she has been making it, she has had no problem.
Soon, it turns into a fight where the two end up throwing jabs at each other, along with their work ethics.
