Shipton Abbott frequenters can rejoice as reports from The Express indicate that the BBC show Beyond Paradise has started filming for its yet-to-be-announced Season 4. Even though the BBC has yet to confirm the Season 4 renewal, if these reports, based on some production pictures uploaded on Facebook by fans, are true, the show might return to our screens in 2026.
Season 3 ended on a specifically tragic note for the couple, as they had to let go of their foster daughter Rosie, and fans are looking forward to finding out how the couple fares after. Beyond Paradise started out as a spin-off of Death in Paradise, but through the three seasons, it has managed to cement an individual identity for itself with Humphrey and Martha as the leads.
BBC Beyond Paradise Season 4 is reportedly in production

Beyond Paradise premiered with Season 3 on March 28 and wrapped up with the season finale premiere on May 2. According to reports, a mere two months after the series wrapped up with the third season, production for the fourth season has begun, which is yet to be announced by the BBC.
Per The Express, a Facebook fan page dedicated to Beyond Paradise featured a post from the fan where they shared a picture of a sign that reads BP Unit and captioned the post:
"Back filming in Cornwall"
It didn't take long before the comment section of the post was filled with fans asking for more details regarding the shoot, from location to time. Another replied to the questions, saying that the picture of the sign was at St. Mellion Golf Club.
They clarified that this was the location where the company stored their filming trailers and lorries:
"The sign is at St Mellion Golf Club; it's where they store their filming trailers and lorries."
Another fan shared a picture with the group where the production company had informed residents regarding the shooting. This notice informed the residents that the shooting was set to take place from July and continue throughout November. It also added that filming would take place in and around East and West Looe.
The notice went on to add that anybody who was entering the location in that time period was consenting to be recorded and be a part of the television program. It ended with a sincere message that hoped the filming would not inconvenience the visitors.

If Beyond Paradise has started filming for Season 4, Kris Marshall and Sally Bretton will most likely reprise their roles as Humphrey Goodman and Martha Lloyd. Even though we do not have any confirmation or plot details at the moment, the rest of the cast, including Barbara Flynn, Dylan Llewellyn, Zahra Ahmadi, and Felicity Montagu, are also likely to reprise their roles for the next season.
It will be exciting to witness where Humphrey and Martha's paths take them in Season 4, after the emotional goodbye at the end of last season. Nevertheless, even though Season 4 might be in production already, we will probably not get to witness this journey for a few more months.
