Ashley Hollis and Morgan Pope competed in the crucial Part 3 of the Final HOH battle in the Big Brother 27 finale, and Ashley was the one who ultimately took home the title and the ability to influence the Final 2. Ashley shocked everyone by defeating Vince Panaro in Part 2, while Morgan had won Part 1 and sealed her place in Part 3. That paved the way for the most important face-off of the season, in which the victor chose who would sit next to them on the night of the finals.

Vince, who was removed from Part 3, observed from the sidelines in exasperation. He had already realized that a large portion of his future now hinged on Ashley's choice; if she went with him, a road remained; if she went with Morgan, his quest came to an end. Many fans speculated that, rather than being motivated solely by devotion, Ashley's choice will be influenced by her gaming style and jury appeal.

Ashley took control of the nomination after winning. As important a strategic tool as the Big Brother 27 HOH itself was the ability to choose who would compete with her in the Final 2. The season, which was full of twists, had returned to this point, where the champion was determined by a single move.

Final HOH showdown & the power to write the Big Brother 27 endgame

Big Brother 27's Final HOH competition is more than just a challenge; it's a scriptwriter's pen. Morgan and Ashley were forced into a do-or-die Part 3 after Ashley's unexpected triumph in Part 2 upended expectations. The winner of that round not only chooses their opponent but also creates the concluding arguments and bears the responsibility of the jury's verdict.

Morgan’s strong start & oversight on the final stage

With a decisive victory in Part 1, Morgan Pope secured her qualification for Part 3 and was exempt from the Part 2 fight. Because of this, she posed a strategic threat to her remaining adversaries, both physically and socially.

Her advantage was a handicap, though, as she had to wait to see if Ashley or Vince would prove to be a strong opponent by omitting Part 2. Big Brother's Morgan had to prepare for both a victory and jury appeal when Ashley upset Vince. This required striking a careful balance between likeability and competitive superiority.

Morgan's approach going into Part 3 was mostly based on her season resume, which included veto victories, strong social ties, and comp performances. However, she also had to predict Ashley's attitude: would she remain loyal to the alliance or see Vince as a less formidable foe? The choice would determine the course of the

Ashley’s upset, final HOH & the choice that decides

When Ashley defeated Vince in Part 2, people took notice. Because she had fewer competition victories than Morgan, many had discounted her chances of winning, but that underdog moment changed everything.

With that win, Ashley forced herself into Big Brother 27 Part 3, where she defeated Morgan to become the Final HOH. That meant she had absolute power to choose whom she faced in the Final 2. Her decision would face close scrutiny: picking Morgan would mean confronting a formidable competitor, while choosing Vince could make her award more palatable to the jury.

Taking advantage of Vince's poor jury prospects, some supporters predicted she would choose him. Others thought that if she felt certain about winning, she might stick with Morgan for story or respect reasons. She ended up taking home the grand prize with Vince taking the second place.
