"Big step": Love Is Blind: Italy's Alessandro B reflects on introducing Hyoni to his parents

Love Is Blind: Italy Episode 7 saw Alessandro B and Hyoni visiting his parents. After participating in the social experiment, he took Hyoni to introduce her to his family members.

While visiting his parents, he also took time out to show Hyoni a few significant places from his childhood. After arriving at his parents' house, they spent some time with them. Both his parents, who were no longer together, enjoyed meeting Hyoni.

His father, Maurizio, was surprised to learn about the experiment. However, his mother noted that she was fine with the way Alessandro B had chosen his partner.

In his private confession, Love Is Blind: Italy star Alessandro B shared:

"Bringing Hyoni here, introducing her to my parents is a big, big step."

Love Is Blind: Italy Episode 7: Alessandro B takes Hyoni to meet his parents for the first time

Love Is Blind: Italy Episode 7 featured Hyoni and Alessandro B exploring Laveno-Mombello (VA), also showing Hyoni some of the places he grew up in. They were in Laveno-Mombello to meet Alessandro's parents.

"This is where I grew up. I have to say that it's actually much better. I mean, growing up in a place like this instead of the city. You know, it's something else," he said.

As they were on their way, he noted that it was a big step for him. It was Hyoni's first time meeting Alessandro B's parents.

"My parents separated when I was 10 years old. They are an example of a different kind of love, of a real friendship. But...I don't know if they think about marriage like, they used to...as a goal," confessed Alessandro B.

While sitting down with Maurizio and Daniela, Alessandro B explained the social experiment to his parents.

"And in the end, you get married to someone," added Hyoni.

Daniela asked Hyoni about her parents' take on the social experiment. She replied that her mother knew about the experiment. Later, she told her father. The reason behind telling him later was because of how he might react. Hyoni revealed that his father was a "Korean man through and through."

Love Is Blind: Italy star Hyoni noted that her father was a traditional individual.

"He was in the military. So it's even worse. Korean and in the military, he was really worried," added Hyoni.

Listening to her, Alessandro B's father inquired why he was so worried. Later in his private confession, Maurizio noted that he wouldn't have done such an experiment. On the other end, Daniela shared:

"You hear about people meeting on the internet or they meet on the apps, but this situation is totally unique. If they're happy and they're sure about it, well, I wish them all the best. All the very best."

During their private conversation, Alessandro B asked his father about Hyoni. He responded that she was nice and they seemed great together. He told his son to take things easy, adding that they were a good match.

Alessandro B confessed that his father had seen him making every decision since he was a child. He had also witnessed his mistakes and felt that he might be rushing things a little bit.

Love Is Blind: Italy star admitted that he was also scared. Even though everything was happening fast, he said that everything was going so well.
