Countdown Episode 10 will premiere next Wednesday, following Prime Video's release schedule.
After this week's cliffhanger, the stakes are even higher, with Volchek holding the trigger in his hand. In Los Angeles, the threat of a nuclear attack looms, and the Belarusian terrorist appears fearless.
Nathan Blythe's task force has already arrived at the location to neutralize the danger, but The Vine seems to be a crowded place. The group of misfit detectives is struggling to spot the person of interest, and time is running out. Just as Mark Meachum spots Volchek, the latter reaches for the ignition button on the detonator.
With chaos all around and the forces trying to control the situation, Volchek stands cold and still, waiting to blow up LA. Will Mark be able to stop him from pressing the 'death button'?
Let's find out more from Countdown Episode 10's preview.

What to expect from Countdown Episode 10?
The Countdown Episode 10 preview leaves a lot of "ifs and whats" for the audience. Disorder seems to have spread all around The Vine, and as we saw in Episode 9, Volchek has pulled over two huge trucks (from the Gallagher Freight) loaded with fissile material, ready to blow up at any moment.
While Bell and Shepherd are busy trying to figure out how to disarm the bomb, Mark is the first to spot Volchek. He is seen carrying the trigger in his hand, and in this week's preview, Mark is seen pulling out a gun. As he rushes to stop the Belarusian, Finau fires a shot, though it's unclear at whom. Oliveras is also seen running in distress, and chaos seems to be everywhere.
While the exact meaning of Countdown Episode 10’s title remains uncertain, the upcoming 50-minute climax will surely see guns blazing. Episode 10 also has a few big questions to answer: How did Volchek pull off such a daring move in such a short time? Is there only one attack planned, or is it all across LA? Is Mark's illness really terminal, or will that second opinion bring good news for him—and Jensen Ackles fans? Only time will tell.
