Brian said his thought was "much simpler" than that. Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out host talked about how there were certain things that he needed to "learn." That's the reason why he is exactly where he was supposed to be.
"So my thought was, so yeah, we can talk and discuss like if we are reincarnated, if we are living through these cycles of life, and we are you know, it's a big ongoing thing, and that it takes you into religious conversations and takes you through all these different things. But my thought was much simpler than that," said Brian.

July 22, 2025 episode titled Did I Really Chose My Parents? in The Harley and Malarkey Podcast, Brian and Danielle shared their thoughts on some exciting topics.
Brian mentioned that everyone is born "into the being." Before that, they are sitting up on the "sidelines in the cosmos." Before choosing where to go, souls assess situations and see what they are supposed to gain and learn.
Brian mentioned certain situations that have "unhealed" thoughts, and there are some lessons that are supposed to be learnt.
"We are born into the being. We're all sitting up there on the sidelines in the cosmos. And we're all going, oh well, you know, that looks like a pretty good situation. There's some unhealed thing for me there. Some lessons I need to learn. Some gifts and knowledge I need to pass on to those people. That's where I'm going to be reborn."
Listening to that, Danielle talked about how some children, before being born, are under the impression that there were some lessons that their soul needs to learn, and jump into a certain kind of household.
Further in the podcast, Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out host mentioned reincarnation and living through the "cycles of life." Sharing his thoughts on the matter, he said, he was "exactly" where he was supposed to be, and exactly who he was supposed to be.
"And so there is lessons to be learned and lessons to be taught from everyone you meet. Like, you...you were already written in my stars," he added.
Danielle agreed and said she "thought so." Brian told her not to think about it.
Co-host responded that lately she has realized that she uses "I think" too much. She confessed that she had a lot of opinions and was going to "start owning" them more. She agreed with Brian on the "written in your stars" part.
She talked about fate vs. free will and how there was a chance to "rewrite" our destiny.
"I think we can rewrite our destiny. But I think there are like big things that are written in our stars. Obviously, the biggest one, being who do we choose to be our parents? Like what life are we setting ourselves up to come into?" said Danielle.
Further, Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out host Brian and his partner Danielle talked about why he was excited to share his thoughts on these particular matters.
