Dare You To Death Episode 2 recap: Jade and Kamin dig deeper into the mystery

A murder investigation quickly turns into chaos in Dare You To Death. In the second episode of this series, things get complicated for Jade and Kamin as they begin to get completely engrossed with the murder, trying to find the killer.

However, they soon understand that the case that they are handling is much more sensitive than they first believed it to be. They start to take steps to get closer to the killer. Filled with intense mystery, this episode of Dare You To Death is definitely nothing short of a rollercoaster ride.

Jade and Kamin dig deeper into the mystery in Dare You To Death Episode 2

The second episode of Dare You To Death starts with Tar calling Champ, asking him about the truth or dare letter. He thinks Champ sent him the letter as a prank. However, Champ tells him that it was not him. Jade and Kamin find out that the cups had fingerprints from all the members of the Avengers friend group.

Seeing Jade sleepy, Kamin gives him a sarcastic remark and then tells him to look into Tar. Jade calls Pai to find information about Tar, along with investigating the source of the drugs, as he wants to know where these kids are getting the drugs from. Jade and Kamin then go to the forensic office, where the doctor informs them about three substances in the victim’s blood.

These three substances, sodium thiopental, pancuronium bromide, and potassium chloride, are used for death row inmates. The doctor also informs them that Paifui died of heart failure. He also adds that it was a murder. They also found that the caller was a female, which meant the statements they were given were wrong.

Jade and Kamin decide to put pressure on Cherreen so that the truth comes out. The two of them reach the university to ask Cherreen about the truth. They come across Cherreen and Champ together. Kamin calmly asks if Cherreen called that night to inform about the emergency. Cherreen finally reveals the truth that it was she who called.

Kamin also warns Champ that he does not care about the influence Champ’s father has; if he finds that he is hiding anything, he will be charged regardless. Champ then tells the whole truth about Tar’s facade. He reveals that Tar hides his vile nature. He also tells them about the things he does to girls under the pretense of tutoring them.

The scene then cuts to Tar at the Drink Me bar, spending time with his friend. However, things take a complete turn for him when he gets attacked by someone. This person keeps on hurting Tar and then drugs him. This attacker then asks Tar to choose between truth or dare. Tar is asked if he raped Paifui. He initially refuses but ultimately tells the truth. After hearing Tar’s words, this attacker shoves a sharp object into Tar’s chest, killing him instantly.

As this episode of Dare You To Death progresses, Jade and Kamin visit the bar to meet Tar. However, they are then completely baffled to find Tar’s dead body. They begin to discuss taking a new route to solve the case, as the criminal seems to be one step ahead of them every time.

Jade then takes Kamin to his house so that he can rest properly. At the end of this episode, the Avengers group meets up to discuss the situation. On the other hand, Jade and Kamin search Tar’s room to find any evidence related to the case. Then he comes across the videos and photos of Tar’s victims. Jade then finds the truth or dare letter.

They realize that the killer is targeting the Avengers group, and it might be a serial killer. Tonkla also receives the truth or dare letters with Cherreen and Bell’s names written on them. The stage is set with intense mystery as Jade understands that the killer is also targeting Jay.
