Daredevil: Born Again is all set to deliver its season 2, and the show has lately announced several actors joining the brilliant cast list of the show. During early March 2025, a report from Deadline announced that Matthew Lillard had joined the season 2 cast list, playing a new character, Mr Charles. As mentioned, Matthew Lillard had confirmed to join the show in early March 2025. He will be playing the new role of Mr Charles, who is portrayed as a major antagonist with a powerful political background, posing a challenge for Wilson Fisk in the New York City power politics.

Lili Taylor

In the same month of March, Lili Taylor's casting was also announced, as a recurring political foil to Fisk. Though the character she will play isn't known, she will be someone opposing the Kingpin in the political arena, impacting his growing political influence. Taylor was part of The Conjuring and the Outer Range TV show.

Krysten Ritter

Krysten Ritter is another actor reprising her role in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, expected to drop in 2026 per IMDb. Ritter will be reprising the role she played in the Netflix show Marvel's Jessica Jones, and portrayed as a private detective and a female superhero. She was confirmed to be part of the show on May 14, 2025, during the Disney presentation. Her notable projects include, as mentioned, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, The Defenders, and some recent shows like Breaking Bad and a Dexter spinoff.

Elden Henson

A recent report confirmed another actor returning to the cast ensemble, and it is Elden Henson playing Foggy Nelson. Entertainment Weekly confirms his return during the New York Comic Con. Nelson is shown dead in season 1 of the show; therefore, the fans are speculating that his presence in season 2 will be limited to flashbacks and other non-linear story patches.
