DMV Season 1 is definitely picking up the pace of humor with each new episode. The ending of the seventh episode of the series depicted some intriguing developments at the office and amongst the team. Barb and her team were able to take a step towards bonding even further after the events of episode seven of DMV Season 1 episode 7. The eighth episode of the series will drop on December 1 at 8 PM ET.

After airing on CBS, DMV Season 1 will be available for streaming on the streaming platform of Paramount+. The cast definitely plays a vital role in bringing forth the humor of the series. From the beginning of the series, the stage is set for intriguing one-liners.

These undoubtedly leave an impact. DMV Season 1 features the story of the employees as they navigate through the challenges that come their way while dealing with the customers. Harriet Dyer brings in a heartwarming performance as Colette. In the seventh episode of the series, Colette struggles to show her rebellious side.

She wants people to understand that she is more than just a good person. In doing so, she ends up in a hilarious situation at the North Hollywood office of the DMV. Molly Kearney undoubtedly makes Barb’s character such a heartwarming one with her acting prowess. Barb wishes to gain the respect of her colleagues. Other notable cast members of DMV Season 1 are Tony Cavalero, Alex Tarrant, Gigi Zumbado, Tim Meadows, etc.

In episode 7 of DMV Season 1, Barb decides to take matters into her own hands after finding that the North Hollywood branch of the DMV is getting immensely famous. Trying to copy Beau, the manager of the North Hollywood branch, she plans a team-building exercise, staying up all night. However, her team refuses to take part in any of it.

Disappointed, she decides to go to the North Hollywood office to experience firsthand how they are able to solve the issues of the customers at such a quick pace. This begins the complexities that make Barb doubt her self-worth. Beau’s condescending attitude towards her makes her think that maybe she is the problem. On the other hand, Noa decides to find out more about the average processing time of that branch, while Colette, Gregg, and Vic get themselves involved in stealing the copy machine that was delivered to the office.

At the end of this episode in DMV Season 1, Noa ultimately finds the truth that Barb was searching for. Beau makes it look as if Barb is the problem for the slow processing time of their branch; however, Noa finds out that Beau and his colleagues were cheating all along.

They transferred the customers from one window to another and then closed the ticket, making it seem as if their timing was quick. However, in reality, they were actually disappointing their customers with this system. Barb finally understands that her team is actually supportive of her. They even respect her. The episode is quite humorous.

It brings out the aspects of self-doubt and struggle. All of these aspects are blended in a nuanced manner. This episode definitely makes the viewers eager to know more about the upcoming episodes of the series. Now, Barb is aware of the truth. She knows that her team respects her. So, it would definitely be interesting to see her navigate through the upcoming challenges.
