"Do it": Below Deck star Rainbeau encourages Jess to go on a date with Barbara Kulaif

The latest Below Deck Season 12 Episode 11 saw Jess and Rainbeau's conversation about Barbara. She told her to pursue her "crush." Despite having doubts about it, Jess had a conversation with Barbara.

Later, the two agreed to go on a date. They talked about everything that had happened with Solene, and more. The two enjoyed their date with fine dining and drinks.

It all started earlier when Rainbeau asked Jess about her connection with Barbara. She asked about her "crush," which was on Barbara. However, Jess had concerns about that. She casually mentioned whether she should ask her out on a date.

For that, Below Deck star Rainbeau's response was:

"Do it."

Later, when Jess asked Barbara out, she thought about it, and despite her concerns, she agreed to go on a date.

Below Deck Season 12 Episode 11: Rainbeau tells Jess to pursue her connection, It results in Jess and Barbara going on a date

After the current charter ended and guests left, Below Deck crew members went on with their chores. In the cabins, Rainbeau asked Jess:

"How's your crush with Barbara going?"

Jess responded that she "hated" her. But Rainbau said that was not the case.

"Instead of apologizing, should I just be like, Would you like to go on a date with me?"

Rainbuau told her to "Do it." In her private confession, Below Deck star Jess confessed:

"I've reached the point with Soso where I'm kind of upset with her. I think this is more of a game to her."

Jess opened up to Rainbeau and mentioned she didn't want to disrespect either of the two. She also confessed that Barbara was still "mad" at her. But she didn't blame her for that. After celebrating Kyle's birthday late at night, Jess went to Barbara's cabin.

"Even if nothing happens between us, like, me and Soso (Solene) are done. Like completely," said Jess.

She told Barbara that she "really" wanted to go on a date with her.

"I don't know, it's just...you know, I got disappoint once, you know. You know what I mean?

Below Deck star Jess agreed to how things unfolded before, and asked Barbara if she would want to go on a date with her the next day. She agreed. In her private confessional, Barbara expressed that she was hurt but also had "some feelings.

She also voiced her concerns about Jess changing her mind, again. She added that the date would be more like a conversation. She wanted to know more about where the two stand with each other. She added that everyone deserved a second chance.

The next day on Below Deck, Barbara and Jess went on a date. The two talked about various things, including Solene.

"You can not go around saying for everyone that you don't care, you don't feel, you don't...nothing, if you feel, you know, and then you can not go in people's life and f*ck up with everything," said Barbara.

Listening to Barbara talking about Jess's behavior, she confessed that her actions did not follow her words. She also admitted that Solene never expressed her feelings. Jess added that Solene was interested in her when she wanted to pursue her connection with Barbara.

The two talked about themselves, and Jess revealed she stalked Barbara on Instagram. They returned to the boat, and late at night, Jess arrived at Barbara's cabin and asked if she could sneak into her bed. Barbara said yes.
