However, Deacon also reveals that he found Dwight "untrustworthy" and has decided to kill him instead. In the episode, he is seen saying to Jeremiah:

"I'm going to kill him, that's for certain. But to destroy other people in his life, that would be my gift to you."

At this point it's important to note that Jeremiah's son Cole is struggling with his feelings for Spencer, who is Dwight's bartender. Deacon's plan to hurt people who are in Dwight's life leaves Cole worried, thinking something might happen to Spencer. However, he warns her about the threat later in the episode.

While Margaret is running around getting the campaign ready, she has no clue about Deacon's plan to plant the bomb. As the episode unfolds, Dwight finds out about the bomb at the Delmore Grand Hotel programmed to go off at 10 PM.

With the bomb planted and danger closing in, Margaret's character is at serious risk, even though she remains unaware of the threat. Thankfully, viewers don't have to worry too long, because Dwight gets to Margaret just in time. He keeps her safe on the ground while the building explodes around them.

Meanwhile, Deacon meets a brutal end as Dwight takes matters into his own hands and buries him alive, bringing his story to an end.

With just two episodes left in the season, all eyes are on Dwight and Margaret. Even though she survived the explosion, the dangers surrounding Dwight show no signs of slowing down.
