"Doesn’t deserve this" - Love Island USA fans sympathize with Olandria after Taylor picked Clarke over her

Love Island USA season 7 episode 22 saw yet another re-coupling ceremony, but this time, it was very tough for the viewers to see how their favorite islander, Olandria, was being treated by Taylor.

Olandria was sent to Casa Amor; however, she failed to find a meaningful connection there and was dumped from the villa. On the other hand, Nic was dumped from the main villa.

In a fateful twist of events, Love Island USA, the producers decided to pair them up together, especially when the fans have been asking for it since day 1, and then the two were sent back to the villa.

Here, Olandria got to see Taylor coupled up with Clarke and was hurt. However, this did not faze her, and she was still sure about her connection with him.

During the Love Island USA recoupling, everyone was asked to write the name of the person that they wanted to be with, and Taylor chose Clarke while Olandria had chosen Taylor. This left Olandria single and vulnerable, and she was visibly disappointed by his choice.

Love Island USA fans were also very critical of Taylor and wanted him to be honest about his feelings, or lack thereof, to Olandria, instead of keeping her on the hook, which prevented her from exploring other connections, such as Jalen. Voicing their opinions on X, a fan wrote,

"taylor is pmo because he only applied pressure when jalen was in the villa and confused my girl and now she’s missing him while he’s all in on clarke and it’s only been 24 hours my bama barbie doesn’t deserve this"

"taylor deadass went all out when jalen was there. he really could have gotten rid of her then but he deadass went out his way for her to choose him ohhhhh he gotta go asap," expressed a fan.

"The audacity of taylor to kiss Clarke and ask for a cuddle session but with olandria you was a slow burner right … yea he’s over," said another fan.

"Taylor is actually just a weirdo and needed to be out that villa like yesterday because what do you mean Olandria tried to fire shots at you even after you chose Clarke??? And Clarke is being weird too for WHAT?? They’re both irritating af," read a tweet.

"TAYLOR DONT DESERVE TO HAVE TWO GIRLS PAWNING FOR HIM IM ANNOYED," wrote a fan.

"literally only keeping the love island usa so that i can vote taylor’s ass out of the villa IMMEDIATELY. this season is a joke," a fan expressed.

"TAYLOR YOU ONLY PICKED THIS GIRL BECAUSE SHE WAS KISSING ON YOU. I WANT HIM GONEEEE," said a fan.

"the thing that is soooo nasty about all this is that a guy came in that was all for Olan, and taylor upped his fakeness to keep his spot in the villa. then turns around and advocates for her removal from the villa.. SO selfish!" read a tweet.

Love Island USA Season 7 - The Taylor, Clarke, and Olandria triangle

Taylor and Olandria have been together since day one, but he expressed to Ace during the initial days in the villa that he is not attracted to her at all. However, Olandria mistook it for a noble gesture coming from his side in order to get to know her before getting physically involved with her.

But that was not the case at all, as Love Island USA fans have been eager to point out. It was because he cuddled and kissed Clarke instantly within 3 days of knowing her, as he was truly attracted to her.

The fans have no problem with him liking Clarke, but they drew the line when he decided to keep Olandria in a delusion that they still might have something together.

The worst blow came when the islanders were responsible for choosing who would go home, and Taylor was quick to nominate Olandria's name to be dumped.
