As seen in the first episode of Don't Call Me Ma'am, Koo Ju-young seems to have a balanced life. On the other side, Cho Na-jeong is married and has two kids. She's so invested in her married life and taking care of her children that Na-jeong didn't even realize that she wore different shoes and came to meet her friends at a restaurant.

This is exactly what Lee II-ri hates about marriage. She's a well-known personality, also famous for her good looks and for maintaining her beauty even in her 40s. While having lunch together, Ju-young sees Na-jeong being messy and asks her to be honest. She says this because Na-jeong always wanted to work, but then she explains that all that matters to her now is her family.

As the episode of Don't Call Me Ma'am continues, Ju-young receives a call from her husband, who tells her that he'll be late once again. This irritates Ju-young as she suspects something might be wrong as he husband has been getting late from work every day. This explains that all three friends are still not satisfied with their lives. So, they'll gather courage and finally start doing things they actually like.
