"Racked with guilt, Da-rim decides to resign but Ji-hyeok won't let her go. When a collegue cathches their affection, Da-rim decides to tell the truth."
The episode reveals Da-rim struggling with guilt after she learns that the woman who filed a false complaint over the Natural BeBe diaper had once applied for the position for mothers. She talks about her resignation with Ji-hyeok, but he motivates her to stay at least for the current project.

Dynamite Kiss episode 11-12 recap: Da-rim and Ji-hyeok's relationship moves forward

Episodes 11 and 12 of Dynamite Kiss show that Ji-hyeok and Da-rim no longer plan to hide their feelings. They love each other and decide to start a secret relationship. The story picks up right after the fire incident, during which Da-rim risked her life to save Ji-hyeok.
They try to hide their relationship at work, but Ji-hyeok couldn't stop himself from holding Da-rim's hand inside the elevator and reminding her how much he likes being with her. He also works on finding documents for his mother, which will help her file a case for her shares in the company.
At the same time, his mother approves of his relationship with Da-rim. She wants to support her son and is even a good friend to Da-rim's mother.

Dynamite Kiss recap: Workplace scandals and Da-rim's inner struggle

As the episode continues, Ji-Hye remains focused on ruining Ji-Hyeok’s career and tries to shift the blame for a recent fire onto another company to protect herself. Ji-Hyeok refuses to go along with this and insists on uncovering what really happened.
His persistence leads to a shocking confession from Tae-Young, who admits he started the fire on purpose. Tae-young did this because he's jealous of Ji-hyeok's success. At the same time, the company faces a serious public crisis when a customer claims to have discovered a chicken bone inside a NaturalBeBe diaper.
Da-rim tries to handle the situation and gets injured while trying to calm down the crowd outside Natural BeBe. Later, it's revealed that the woman who filed the complaint is a struggling woman. She also applied to get a job at Natural BeBe but was disqualified.
As a result, she decided to take it out on Da-rim. However, she later reveals the truth herself to the public and offers her apology. While this problem was solved, Ji-hyeok's stepsister continued to gather more information that she could use against him.
Dynamite Kiss recap: Seon-u learns about Da-rim and Ji-hyeok's relationship

Episodes 11 and 12 of Dynamite Kiss also show Seon-u realizing that Da-rim also likes Ji-hyeok. He saw them kiss after the fire incident and decided to step back. So, he lies to Da-rim that he was joking when he confessed his lover to her.
Initially, Da-rim felt bad as he crossed a line, even if it was a joke. However, he's her best friend, so she cannot ignore him. Meanwhile, Ha-yeong ensures her presence for Seon-u's son. Thankfully, she knows how to play a guitar and saved Seon-u's son's performance.
Seon-u thanks Ha-yeong, and it finally looks like he might start thinking about her. Episode 12 of Dynamite Kiss ends on a dramatic shock. The TF team’s newly created product is stolen and released by a rival company first. In the final scene, Ji-Hyeok’s father arrives with top executives and unexpectedly slaps Da-rim.
