Elsbeth Season 3 Episode 10 is truly the perfect storyline before the series keeps us waiting for months before the new episode drops. It is filled with a distinct level of subtle humor along with the tense atmosphere of chasing the criminal. The criminal is right in front of our eyes.
However, Harris creates quite a strong alibi for himself, so catching him as the criminal is definitely not an easy task for Elsbeth. Elsbeth, with her stark observation skills, finally makes things work, but things definitely take a turn in the end.
Elsbeth Season 3 Episode 10 cast and characters
1) Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni

The heart of this episode, Elsbeth’s witty nature as she navigates through the case, leaves an impact. The clues that they find while investigating indicate that Keith might be the killer. However, Elsbeth understands there is more to it than meets the eye, and she is absolutely correct.
Her intuition and observation united to find the true culprit in this case. Carrie Preston’s performance makes this series such a heartwarming watch. Besides this series, some of Preston’s other projects include Claws, The Good Wife, etc.
2) Molly Price as Detective Jackie Donnelly

Molly Price’s Detective Jackie Donnelly became a crucial part of this case in this episode of Elsbeth Season 3. Detective Jackie’s supportive nature, as she understood the way Elsbeth worked, depicted her dedication towards solving the case.
Jackie thought Keith was the killer after Rich arrived to inform them about the things he found out about him. However, when the truth came out, she accepted it right away. Molly Price’s performance in this episode is just as authentic as the other projects she took on, such as Third Watch, How Do You Know, etc.
3) Andrew Rannells as Harris Parson

Andrew Rannells’ Harris Parson perfectly brought life to the character of a dedicated father with the eagerness to make his daughter’s wishes come true. Harris wanted his daughter to play the role of Clara; however, Donovan’s intervention changed everything.
Harris got so engulfed with his desire to make things right for his daughter that he did not think twice before killing someone to achieve his goals. He also perfectly created an alibi. Andrew Rannells truly stole the spotlight with his performance in this episode.
4) Wendell Pierce as Captain C.W. Wagner

Though the focus of this episode was not on Weldell Pierce’s Wagner, the short amount of screentime he received was enough to make an impact. Wagner’s proactiveness in finding out the truth about Alec Bloom so that he can protect Elsbeth from any harm shows that he truly cares about her.
Teddy understood that there was something doubtful about Alec Bloom, for which he went to Wagner so that he could dive deep into his past. Wagner does not refuse to help Teddy, and at the end of the episode, after finding the truth, he even tells Elsbeth that she should not get close to Alec because he had not been completely truthful about his past.
5) Mike Doyle as Rich Bennett

Yet another significant presence in this episode of Elsbeth Season 3. Mike Doyle’s Rich becomes a significant link, which helps Elsbeth connect the case to the culprit. After Harris tells Rich that Keith might have killed Donovan to make him happy, as he still had feelings for Harris.
Rich goes straight to the investigators to inform them about it. However, this eventually makes Elsbeth further concerned about the case. Mike Doyle’s performance exudes a distinct level of realism. Some of Doyle’s other projects are Almost Love, New Amsterdam, etc.
