Fire Country Season 3 Episode 14 recap: A tragic loss at The Three Rock

It's been a heavy day for the entire crew as they didn't expect Birch's flu would eventually take his life. Fire Country Season 3, Episode 14 begins with the aftermath of the tragedy, with Eve and Bode discussing the cause of Birch's death.
Eve has been grappling with guilt over delaying Birch's treatment and is now pushing for an autopsy, as suggested by Bode. There have been conflicting reports, with the coroner explaining it was due to a heart murmur, while doctors claimed Birch died of flu.
Now, only an autopsy report can answer Eve's questions. For that, she needed to convince Birch's sister, Wendy. However, before this could happen, Birch's body was cremated, and an autopsy now seems impossible.
Despite the challenges, Eve doesn't seem to stop, as now Manny has also started showing a similar health crisis. So, does that mean there's a big reveal on the way? Most likely, yes.
