Here is the complete list of who plays whom in Fire Country Season 4.
Fire Country Season 4 cast and character guide: Who plays whom explored
Max Thieriot as Bode Leone
As mentioned, Bode is going to be the central figure, and his character arc is set to be redefined after the death of his father in Season 3. He is the ex-convict who joined Cal Fire's inmate firefighter program to seek redemption. Bode is going to fight the toughest battle of his life, aiming to serve the community while simultaneously trying to support her mother, reeling with grief.
The actor, in conversation with TV Insider, stated,
“He’s battling with himself over trying to be the man that his mom needs him to be and that the station needs him to be and his community needs him to be, while inside, there’s a little boy in there that’s really hurt and is really crying inside.”
Max Thieriot, who plays the character of Bode, also shares credits with Jennifer Lawrence in House at the End of the Street (2012), playing the role of a mysterious, dark man.
He was also in the popular TV show Bates Motel from 2013 to 2017 as Dylan Massett, Norman Bates's half-brother. In Fire Country, Thieriot isn't just starring but also co-creating the show, sharing occasional writing and directing credits.

Kevin Alejandro as Manny Perez

Manny is mostly depicted as a mentor figure leading the firefighter team. Being a veteran Cal Fire fighter and former captain of the Three Rock inmate fire camp, he is closely looking after Bode Leone and the team. Season 4 is going to be crucial for his character as he will probably adopt a new role in the absence of Vince.
Wondering where you have seen Kevin Alejandro? He was in The Young and the Restless (2004–2005), which gave him his first steady screen presence. He also shared credits in Southland (2009) as Detective Nate Moretta.
Jordan Calloway as Jake Crawford

Jake is one of the younger firefighters in Station 42, close with Bode and Eve. He eventually became Station 42's captain after proving his potential to the team. At the end of Season 3, he handed over his 2-week notice after receiving a job offer in Butte County. Season 4 poses some uncertainty around this decision of his, questioning his loyalty.
The actor was also seen in Unfabulous (2004–2007) as Zack Carter-Schwartz and as David in ER (2005–2006), adding some authenticity to these dramas.
Diane Farr as Sharon Leone

Sharon is Bode's mother and was married to Vince in Fire Country. As an executive leader in Cal Fire, she is the emotional core of Fire Country. She is portrayed as the most authoritative and experienced figure, and Season 4 contributes heavily to her arc, navigating life after the death of Vince Leone.
Diane Farr appeared as Megan Reeves on Numbers (2005–2008) before Fire Country. She was an FBI agent in the show. She was also Jill Robinson on Californication (2009), showcasing her flair for layered, witty drama.
Shawn Hatosy as Brett Richards

As mentioned, in Fire Country, Shawn Hatosy is the new face joining this cast ensemble as Brett Richards. He is the new battalion chief brought in after Vince's death, and his leadership will test the station 42's team's cohesion.
His career spans three decades, and he's done various roles, ranging from performances in Chicago P.D. (2024–2025), The Pitt (2025–Present), and Southland (2009–2013).
Several other characters are reprising their roles, including Jules Latimer as Eve Edwards, Leven Rambin as Audrey James, and Constance Zimmer as Renée Hoffman.
On the other hand, Billy Burke departs from the show as Vince Leone, along with Stephanie Arcila, who was a regular (Gabriela Perez) until now. However, the character might reappear briefly in future episodes.
