Fire Country Season 4 release schedule: When do new episodes of the CBS procedural drop?

Fire Country Season 4 finally aired on October 17, 2025, on CBS. The new episode is available to stream the day after on Paramount+. The number of episodes scheduled to drop this season hasn't been officially confirmed, but all the episodes will follow the weekly release schedule of dropping every Friday. Fire Country is created by Tony Phelan and Joan Rater, along with Max Thieroit, who also stars in the show as the central character, Bode Leone.

Season 3 finale introduced a shocking twist with the battalion's leader, Vince Leone's death, who is also Bode's father. This has led to the entry of a new leader for Season 4 and the team, especially Bode, reeling with the aftermath of his father's death.

Fire Country Season 4 release schedule: When do new episodes premiere?

As mentioned, the CBS procedural drama premiered on Friday, 17 October 2025. Although more episodes will drop later, as of now, information regarding the first three episodes is only made public. The show is airing on CBS at 8 PM Eastern Time/Pacific Time and is available to stream live or on demand via Paramount+.

Episode 1 is titled Goodbye for Now and showcases the aftermath of the Zabel Ridge fire, where Vince Leone loses his life.

The synopsis of Episode 1 reads,

"In the aftermath of the Zabel Ridge fire, Station 42 faces internal turmoil but must rally together for a high-stakes rescue that tests their strength, loyalty and the future of the firehouse."

Episode 2 is titled Not a Stray and is set to drop next on 24 October 2025, the coming Friday. In this episode, we will see the station deal with another wildfire operation, highlighting the unity of the team and the new leadership shaping up within them under catastrophic conditions. The new battalion chief who has joined Vince's place is tackling the team differently and more abrasively, which is bound to create friction as everyone is forced to self-reflect and realize where their loyalties lie.

Episode 3 is titled The Tiny Ways We Start to Heal and will be released on October 31, 2025. The episode synopsis, as per Rotten Tomatoes, reads,

"The Station 42 team responds to a dangerous zipline accident that escalates into a wildfire due to illegal fireworks; Sharon struggles with letting go of Vince's belongings and unexpectedly finds comfort in Vince's ex, Renee."

This suggests that Season 4 of Fire Country is indeed going to be the most emotional and transformative chapter till now, and showcases characters going through grief, healing, leadership, as well as redemption. Bode Leone, after his father's death, wants to be the man his mother, Sharon, needs, and the community looks up but also deep down is upset about the tragedy and just wants to mourn.

Sharon, Vince's wife, will become the emotional core of the department, while becoming the spine amidst the change in power dynamics and difference in leadership the team is going through under the new battalion leader.
