First look reveals of new serial killers in Dexter: Resurrection featuring the likes of Neil Patrick Harris, Krysten Ritter, and David Dastmalchia

Dexter: Resurrection is a new criminal drama series that will premiere on July 11, 2025, on Paramount+ and Showtime. The show picks up the tale where Dexter: New Blood left off. After Dexter survives a near-death experience, he travels to New York City to locate his lost son, Harrison. But he is not the only one searching. Angel Batista follows them from Miami, determined to piece together the whole truth.

Michael C. Hall returns as Dexter, alongside Peter Dinklage and Uma Thurman. Clyde Phillips devised the series. With mystery, drama, and familiar characters, this program reintroduces the dark and fascinating world of Dexter Morgan in a new chapter. Fans may expect a thrilling ride.

Dexter Morgan will make a comeback in July with Dexter: Resurrection, which will be available to stream on Showtime and Paramount+ upon release. However, he is not the only character with a sinister secret. A terrifying array of serial killers, each more deranged and unpredictable than the last, is presented in this new volume.

Lowell, a reputable anesthesiologist whose real name is "The Tattoo Collector," is played by Neil Patrick Harris. Beneath his slick façade lurks a terrifying obsession: he marks each homicide with surgical precision by preserving portions of his victims' flesh as souvenirs.

Krysten Ritter portrays Mia. Her character in the show is that of a polished sommelier who moonlights as the enigmatic "Lady Vengeance." As per the plot, she chooses her victims with elegance and cold calculation — a murderer whose technique may even equal Dexter's.

David Dastmalchian plays Gareth, also known as "The Gemini Killer." Gareth, with his fragmented mentality and erratic conduct, is a living contradiction—charming one minute, terrifying the next. His dual nature makes him one of Dexter's most challenging enemies to date.

Eric Stonestreet sacrifices his comic background to play Al, an apparently innocent Midwestern man who hides a horrible secret. Al, also known as "Rapunzel," hides his ferocity beneath a gentle manner, which adds to the element of horror of his crimes.

Dexter must confront his own reflections as he pursues this new generation of serial killers—murderers with their own bizarre rules and terrible desires. Dexter: Resurrection promises to be a gripping, mind-blowing journey in which monsters pervade our daily lives and the line between justice and punishment is blurred.
