The post-apocalyptic drama full of twists and turns is set to return for another season of mysteries. The first season ended on an epic cliffhanger, with creator Dan Fogelman revealing that he has a three-season arc in mind for the Hulu drama.

Now, we're officially counting down to the second season's release as a brand-new poster released by Hulu announces a February 23, 2026, premiere for Paradise Season 2. It was revealed during the Brazil Comic-Con panel of the show that it would be returning on February 23 with three new episodes, following which new episodes will be released weekly on Hulu.

This announcement was followed by a brand-new poster as well as a teaser for the second season. The poster featured Sterling K. Brown's Xavier Collins standing at the edge of a bunker, steps away from the outside world, turned back towards the bunker, looking inside. The caption on the poster reads:

"It was never just about the bunker"

The political thriller's poster revealed that Emmy winner Sterling K. Brown would be joined by another Emmy winner, Julianne Nicholson, and an Emmy nominee, Shailene Woodley, in Paradise Season 2.

The Paradise Season 2 synopsis reads as such:

"Xavier searches for Teri out in the world and learns how people survived the three years since The Day. Back in Paradise, the social fabric frays as the bunker deals with the aftermath of season one, and new secrets are uncovered about the city’s origins"

The official teaser trailer has also revealed that Sterling K. Brown, along with newcomers Nicholson and Woodley, will be joined by two unexpected characters who died in the first season. So, James Marsden, who played the deceased President of the United States, and Jon Beavers, as the deceased Billy, also make appearances in the teaser.

Speaking about the second season with Entertainment Weekly, Brown revealed the direction that this season is set to take, which falls in line with the teaser of the show as well:

"Xavier knows that there is life out there, but I don't think he has any clue as to how much life there is or isn't. It's new to everybody. As Xavier explores, the audience is going to be going through it just the same as he is."

He also added that the season is divided between Xavier exploring the outside at the happenings inside the bunker after the events of Season 1 between Jane and Sinatra. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for Paradise Season 2.
