Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 8, titled, Callahan's Part 2 aired on July 16, 2025. It featured Gordon Ramsay going through the issues that the restaurant faced. Later, he confronted the chefs about the neglect he had observed in the kitchen.
Earlier, in the previous episode, viewers witnessed how Gordon walked away from the restaurant, hopelessly. However, after he decided to give one last shot to the restaurant and its owners, he received a text from the insider.
After returning, Gordon confronted head chef Martir and line cook Ethan. While in the kitchen, Gordon Ramsay came across multiple issues that should not be there.
"You both need to get a grip. Do something you haven't done. Take this s*it serious, right?... And you want to see this place thrive?...Then do your bit. POS system, the mice, the s*it blueberry tarts...Get your s*it together, quickly. "
Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 8: Gordon Ramsay returns and instructs the chefs to get started on the issues
The latest Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 8 featured a confrontation between the show host and the chefs. After returning to Callahan's, the owners agreed to do everything and stay by the restaurant to work on it.
Soon, Gordon Ramsay went to the kitchen and pointed out the underlying issues
He saw a bowl and asked the head chef and the line cook:
"How old is this dredging?"
As the chef said, it was from the day before. Gordon pointed out "crispy bits" of calamari. He asked the chef to feel the firmness in it.
"Feel that. That's not yesterday. No," said Gordon Ramsay.
While going through the kitchen, Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host saw bits of old fries around the counter and confronted the chef and the line cook about that as well.
"You have a family, right? Would you serve that to them?" said Gordon.
As the head chef refused, Gordon said that even though he wouldn't serve his family those fries, he was willing to serve his customers, who were paying for them.
Gordon then took out the plate from under the oven and saw a hardened surface and bits in the tray. He emptied the tray and said:
"You can't just put a chef's jacket on, an apron on, and start pretending that you're chefs."
Confronting the two, Gordon said they both needed to get a "grip." He told them to do something that they hadn't done yet. The show host told the chef and cook to be serious and take things seriously.
Gordon added that they wanted to see their restaurant "thrive," so they needed to do the work for that. The head chef agreed. Further on Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service, he also pointed out other issues, including the POS system, blueberry tarts, mice, and more.
