Since the ghosts have grown accustomed to Sam's butler services and modern worldly pleasures, they were worried about their comfort in her absence. However, proving that she is the best ghost coddler, Sam had already prepared an extensive list of Ghost duties for Jay to perform. However, the ghosts met their match when Jay refused to perform any of those ghost duties and simply planned on spending the day watching football in solitude. He believed that Sam had spoiled their ghostly roommates beyond measure and he refused to budge to their demands. However, things got chaotic in Ghosts Season 5 Episode 6 when the spirits messaged Kyle from Jay's phone and invited him over for a Thanksgiving dinner. While Jay was initially disappointed to see how the ghosts had meddled in his life, he eventually bonded with Kyle over football. Unbeknownst to him, it was another ghostly trick, where Trevor was guiding Kyle along the way and feeding him football knowledge.Once Jay caught Kyle and the ghosts' charade, he was left disappointed again and waited patiently for Sam's arrival. Now that Kyle has mended things and cleared the air with Sam and Jay, he can make frequent trips to the Woodstone Mansion in the future. Since Sam is always preoccupied with the B&B, her writing gigs and ghostly duties, Kyle can certainly take the latter off her plate. While the couple has failed to secure an assistant for their Woodstone B&B in the past, Ghosts Season 5 might be lucky for them. Kyle is not only resourceful but he can also be a babysitter for the ghosts and help Sam. Additionally, Feldman's charm and on-screen presence make him a perfect recurring character, much like Matt Walsh's Elias and Odessa A'zion's Stephanie. It will surely be exciting to see another living interact with the ghosts and the sitcom should promote Kyle to a recurring character.Ghosts Season 5 airs weekly episodes every Thursday on CBS.For the latest scoops on your favorite TV shows and movies, follow SoapCentral.
