Jill Halfpenny plays Eva Riser in Girl Taken Season 1. She is the mother of the twin girls, Lily and Abby. She is kind, helpful, and most importantly, she is quite close to her daughter. When Lily goes missing, she frantically searches for her teen daughter. When others think that Lily might have left the house, she remains adamant that something bad has happened to her daughter.

In the trailer, we see her sending a video message via the media to Lily:

"This is a message for my daughter Lily. We're looking for you and we won't give up until we find you. "

Alfie Allen plays the complex antagonist role of Rick Hansen in Girl Taken Season 1. He is the local school English teacher who abducts Eva's daughter, Lily. In the trailer, it appears that Rick develops a soft spot for her, and Lily opens up to him about her family dynamics and childhood, allowing Rick to take advantage of this. He manipulates and tortures her and keeps her chained until she finally escapes.

Hansen actively volunteers for the search party to avoid suspicion and even keeps a straight face when Eva asks him about Lily's whereabouts. He is calm and composed when he is outside, and that makes him way more dangerous. He is a completely different personality at home; he gets aggressive when things don't happen his way.

He tortures her, keeps her chained until she finally escapes.
