TLC released the latest 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 9 Episode 15 on October 12, 2025.
It featured Jasmine getting emotional after Gino told her that he had called the immigration. However, his cousin-in-law told Jasmine that she didn't know if that had happened in reality.
Jasmin took what Gino told her seriously and went to see her lawyer. After returning, she had a chat with Matt. The two discussed what they would do and what might happen. In her confessional, she opened up about feeling overwhelmed while being pregnant.
"Matt and I had a really bad day at the lawyer, who give us enough information and not very good news. I feel extremely overwhelmed. And I wish I was not going through this while being pregnant. I mean, I know that Matt is really concerned because this is very serious," confessed Jasmine.

The recently released 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 9 episode featured a conversation between Jasmine and Matt.
While talking to her dog, Coco, Jasmine said that they were going to get deported. Matt told her to stop saying that. When she told him that it was hard for her, he responded that he was also scared.
"I don't want anything to happen to our family. But we're probably gonna have some headaches. You're probably gonna get in a long stretch of an argumentiwith Gino. It's probably going to happen. But we're gonna work at it," replied Matt.
In her private confession, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Jasmine opened up about having a "really bad" day. She recalled that the lawyer didn't give her a very good news. She also noted that her boyfriend, Matt, was also concerned and was serious about the allegations Gino made.
Jasmine recalled what the lawyer mentioned and told Matt about the rules and regulations. She also told him that Gino could claim the baby.
"Imagine that I get deported, with our daughter, still in my belly, you know. Are you gonna do something to bring us back? Because I like you a lot. And I really wanted this to work, and now I don't know," said Jasmine.
90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star got emotional while sharing that with Matt. In response, Matt told her that he loved her.
He also told her that she was closer to him than any other woman had ever been.
"You're carrying my child. So you are my family," shared Matt.
Jasmine agreed with him. However, she got even more emotional and apologized to him about the tears. Matt also opened up to her and noted that this "bomb" could probably get him to the court, and they could take away his child.
He assured Jasmine that he was going to use all his time, energy, and money in court and do everything he could to help her.
