At first, they went through preparing a cohesive menu featuring dishes from Chinese cuisine. They worked on their assigned dishes.After that, there was a dinner service. It was a charity benefit to help Feeding America and the Stand Up To Cancer organization. Cheftestants worked on a five-course menu.
