The latest Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episode 4 featured a dinner service followed by an elimination.
It happened after Gordon Ramsay asked the Red Team members to choose three participants from their team. Cara Marie, Cat, and Alexandra were nominated by the Red Team.

During the latest episode's dinner service, things were comparatively better for both teams. It turned intense when the Blue Team learned about their Wellingtons. They were still out of the oven. Gordon Ramsay called out the team members for such a mishap in the kitchen.
As for Team Red, there was some tension among team members. Things were flowing as per the instructions, and dishes were going out after the chefs prepared them. Soon, things turned intense for Cat.
It was after Gordon Ramsay found the carrots to be raw. He called out Cat. He asked for a knife and showed her how hard her carrots were.
"They're f*cking hard. They need to be cooked," said Gordon Ramsay.
Cat noted it and responded that she would do that. It happened three times, and each time Cat's carrots were sent back.
"It's a carrot. That's how bad it's got the f*cking carrot. Oh my God," noted Gordon Ramsay.
Since Team Red was the losing team, as announced by Gordon Ramsay. Hence, they faced elimination. For that, team members were supposed to choose three of their teammates who would be in danger. They chose Cara Marie, Alexandra, and Cat.
The three were given a chance to pitch their side and share why they deserved to be in Hell's Kitchen. Later, Gordon chose Cat for the elimination. The reason behind choosing her was that she didn't have what it took to be a Head Chef.
Even after Cat was sent home, things were still tense. Soon, one of the contestants, Bradley, was confronted by Gordon. The rest of the contestants were sent back while Bradley was asked to stay behind. Before more details could be revealed, the Hell's Kitchen episode ended on a cliffhanger.
