Here is why I believe 1000-lb Sisters' Amy Slaton shouldn't move in with her boyfriend, Bryan, yet

Since her debut on 1000-lb Sisters, Amy Slaton has made significant progress, capturing the hearts of fans with her growth, determination, and genuine vulnerability. Many people have been cheering her on to find love and happiness ever since she and Michael Halterman parted ways. The key concern, though, is whether it's too soon to move in together now that she and Bryan have established a new connection.

Even though fans are thrilled to see Amy smiling again, and their chemistry is evident, in my opinion, moving into cohabitation too soon might not be the best course of action at this time. Amy continues to manage her health, regain emotional stability, and navigate life as a single mother of two children. She and Bryan might not be prepared for the stress and pressure that comes with bringing a new dynamic into the home, particularly when her kids are still getting used to significant changes.

While Bryan is a wonderful partner, the two barely know each other, and living together requires a significant amount of commitment. Amy needs to move into her next chapter in a calm, deliberate manner rather than one that is hurried by romantic impetus. I think it would be better for everyone, especially her children, if this connection had more time to develop outside of the same walls.

Bryan suggests the idea of moving in together to Amy in 1000-lb Sisters Season 7

Bryan, Amy Slaton's new boyfriend, surprised its viewers in 1000-lb Sisters Season 7 by proposing that they move in together. Although the couple has just recently begun dating, their apparent happiness is drawing criticism from both Amy's own family and admirers alike due to the speed at which their relationship is developing.

In a recent episode, Amy was surprised when Bryan suggested that they live together. She didn't end the conversation totally, but her response gave the impression that 1000-lb Sisters' Amy wasn't quite prepared for such a significant move. It seems overwhelming to get into another live-in relationship while she's still figuring out life after her divorce and adjusting to co-parenting her two sons.

The speed at which things were proceeding even worried Amy's sister, Amanda. She suggested Amy to ease down, reminding her of the emotional toll her previous relationship had taken. With so much change happening now, adding another significant upheaval might not be the healthiest option for Amy or her kids right now.

Amy Slaton and Bryan's relationship timeline

Shortly after her divorce from ex-husband Michael Halterman, Amy Slaton and Bryan started dating. In late 2023, a few months after her divorce proceedings began, their relationship was made public. After originally appearing together in social media posts, the two later made an appearance on 1000-lb Sisters Season 7, giving viewers a closer look at their developing relationship.

Even though their relationship has just started, Amy and Bryan seem to click. Bryan spent time with Amy's two sons and soon got immersed in her daily life. However, because big decisions like moving in together are already being discussed, their frenzied relationship has alarmed family members and spectators.
