What to expect in High Potential Season 2 Episode 2?
High Potential revolves around Morgan, who is a single mother working at the Los Angeles Police Department as a cleaner. When Detective Adam Karadec (played by Daniel Sunjata) learns of her unique ability to solve crimes, he lets her join the team as a consultant. However, things take a turn when her own personal life gets entangled in a case.
High Potential Season 1 finale left the audience at the edge of their seats as a serial killer called the Game Maker (played by David Giuntoli) threatens Morgan’s family. Also, it is revealed that her missing ex-husband, Roman, is still alive.
In the first episode of Season 2 titled ‘Pawns’, we find Morgan struggling to protect her family from the Game Maker. The whole scenario is heightening her anxiety, but she is determined to shield her family from any danger while working on a new case with the LAPD.
The Game Maker on the other hand is unstoppable as he manages to evade the authorities, while continuing to frame another person for his crime. Meanwhile, Daphne (played by Javicia Leslie) and Oz (played by Deniz Akdeniz) are in the process of tracking down Roman outside a hotel. Episode 2 will explore the motives behind the Game Maker’s latest crimes and Roman’s whereabouts.
The official synopsis of High Potential Season 2 Episode 2 states,
As the Major Crimes team seeks answers amidst a string of unresolved crimes, Morgan suspects the Game Maker is responsible. Meanwhile, Daphne and Oz set out to find Roman, and Elliot prepares a surprise act for his school's talent show.
