It is time to up the ante in High Potential Season 2, as Morgan Gillory (played by Kaitlin Olson) is set to face another complex case. The episode 3 titled ‘Eleven Minutes’ will premiere on ABC on Tuesday, at 10 p.m. ET, on September 30, 2025. The episode will see the team at LAPD uncover the dreadful motive behind a mysterious murder and Morgan will finally tell her daughter Ava the truth about Roman.

High Potential revolves around Morgan, a single mother with an incredible ability to solve complex crimes for the LAPD. The second season of the series, which is created by Drew Goddard, premiered on September 16, 2025. The latest season will comprise 18 episodes.

High Potential Season 2 Episode 3 will premiere on ABC on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10 p.m. ET. The episode is titled ‘Eleven Minutes’. All the episodes of the hit drama series will be available for streaming on Hulu the day after it airs on ABC.

What to expect in High Potential Season 2 Episode 3?

Morgan has become an integral part of the Los Angeles Police Department as a consultant after they realize her exceptional talent to solve complicated cases. In the last episode, Morgan comes face-to-face with the criminal referred to as the Game Maker (played by David Giuntoli) aka Matthew Clark. She outsmarts him, and he is arrested for his crimes.

However, the episode leaves on a cliffhanger about her ex-husband Roman Sinquerra, who has been missing for several years. A mysterious man called Arthur reaches out to her and lets her know that Roman is hiding from police authorities as there is a threat to his life. He hands her details to get in touch with him and disappears.

In High Potential Season 2 Episode 3, we will find Morgan and her daughter, Ava, face the truth about Roman. The two have been having issues regarding his disappearance but the new knowledge about him could help mend the relationship. There are several questions that are still looming over the disappearance of Roman. Who is he hiding from? Where has he been all these years? Why did he contact after so long?

Meanwhile, there is also a mysterious murder case that arrives at LAPD’s doorsteps. Morgan and the team of detectives uncover the true motive behind the murder, which could leave a lasting impression.

When a man with a troubled past is killed under mysterious circumstances, Morgan and the LAPD uncover a tragic motive behind his death. Morgan opens up to Ava about her father, forcing Ava to confront truths she isn’t ready to face.
