"Hot, fit and unique": America's Got Talent judge Mel B. reacts to the muscle contortionist Mike Munz's performance

America's Got Talent Season 20 Episode 6 aired on July 8, 2025. The latest episode of the competition show showcased a range of breathtaking performances. It included a crossbow act, a 10-year-old boy's musical performance, a balancing tricks act, comedy, dance performances, and more.

Among them all was Mike Munz, a muscle contortionist from Plantation, Fla. With his unbelievable muscle control with the beats of the music, everyone's jaw dropped. While Simon Cowell gave him a standing ovation, the audience also cheered for Mike.

One of America's Got Talent judges, Mel B's reaction to Mike Munz's performance:

"This is why I love America's Got Talent because we don't know what's going to come onto the stage. And I think what you've done is hot, fit, and unique. You're brilliant."

America's Got Talent Season 20 Episode 6: Night 6 of the auditions shocked everyone with Mike Munz's breathtaking performance

The latest America's Got Talent Season 20 episode featured multiple fantastic performances. One of them was a muscle contortionist, Mike Munz. As he arrived on AGT stage, he admitted to being nervous. He added that he has been a shy person since his childhood.

The personal trainer said that he helps people to get "healthy" and "slim down." He started his act, which began with him tearing up his t-shirt. Soon, the muscles on his body could be seen moving as he synced with the musical beats.

Seeing him controlling his muscles, the judges, the audience, and the show host were stunned. Everyone was speechless when Mike showed his moves, including rippling, locking, popping, and more.

After Mike's performance ended, he received a loud cheer from the audience and the judges. Simon Cowell also gave him a standing ovation. Seeing him, fellow judge Howie Mandel commented:

"The boss is standing. Simon, you're standing."

He responded that he wasn't expecting such a performance. Simon confessed that he had never seen anyone having" so many muscles:

"And to control them all over...I mean, I've got to ask this, would you ever consider taking on a client who could do with a bit of a tone-up? I mean, it's just a friend of mine."

As everyone laughed at what Simon said, Mike responded that he could teach him the Munz Wave.

America's Got Talent's Sophia said she "loved" the performance, as it was surprising. When she asked if anyone else was doing similar to Mike, he said he hadn't seen anyone.

Mel B. joined the conversation and added that it was the reason why she loved America's Got Talent. She said that Mike was "brilliant."

Fellow judge Howie Mandel said he loved the performance and got started with the votes. With his yes, he asked fellow panelists Mel B., Sophia, and Simon. As they all gave yeses, Mike Munz advanced to the talent show's next phase.

Later, one of the girls in the audience asked Simon to show "a bit' of his muscles. He responded that he didn't have any (muscles) and laughed.
